What’s included
- Lodging1- King Bed Rooms or 2-Twin Beds Rooms available
- Airport TransfersTransfers to and from the airport are included, if you are traveling with the group.
- Ground TransportationAll ground transportation is included to and from the planned activities when traveling with the group.
- Whale Shark & Sea LionsWeather permitting, we will be taking a combo tour to snorkel with whale sharks in the morning and swim with sea lions in the afternoon exploring a spectacular remote beach and eating lunch.
- MealsTwo lunches and all breakfasts with group are included.
- Gray Whale TourAn extended three hour gray whale tour is included
- NaturalistsWe will have a local marine biologist on our whale shark and sea lion tours. I will be the naturalist on the gray whale tour. I've been doing it since I was a teenager working at Scripps Aquarium.
- Basic TipI've included a basic tip in the trip cost, but I encourage you to tip more if you feel our guides, drivers, and captains gave good service.
- La Paz Whale MuseumThis is a small but fascinating museum that will teach you a lot about the animals that we will be seeing on our tour.

- Air FareYou are responsible to get yourself to La Paz. See recommended Volaris flights.
- Airport Parking/TransferThe tour will start at the designated time out front of the La Paz Airport. You are required to get yourself to the airport and on your flight.

Weekend Explorer is a multi EMMY and multi Telly awarded adventure travel series provided free to PBS stations nationwide that has also aired in more than a dozen foreign countries. It first aired nationally in 2001 and since that time the series has had tens of thousands of airings watched by over 100 million viewers. The series is still in hiatus due to coronavirus. Currently, we are developing travel apps and tours for the over 200 destinations featured in our series.

This was such a spectacular day! The boat was nice, the weather was great, and the guys were fantastic. Definitely made some new real friends that day. Oh and of course, the dolphins and whales...magnificent! I loved every minute of it.

This was a great adventure. Great group and great fun! I loved seeing all of the sea life and the giant pod of dolphins. It was spectacular!
