I traveled with my family and the trip was fast and efficient, the service is great, they helped me find a solution to all my questions. I recommend the passenger seat because it was a unique experience! The staff was always very friendly!

Booking tickets with this ESAV was a smooth and stress-free experience.

I was able to discuss all details directly through WhatsApp, which made communication quick, clear, and very convenient. There was no need for long calls or complicated online forms. The responses were very quick and professional, I am very happy with this experience

The team responded promptly to my questions, guided me through flight options, and made the payment process simple and secure. Very quick, very fun. I was a little hesitant but this 100% beats the ferry which takes the whole day and I’ve heard is very nauseating. The club in San Cristobal is also air conditioned and really nice.

Left early once everyone checked in. Older plane, but got us from A to B. They weigh check in luggage and carry-on / personal items for 30lbs limit. $1.75 USD per pound over limit.  Bring ear plugs. Easy and quick way to travel between Isabela and SAN Cristóbal.

Incredibly simple and fast way to get from Isabela to San Cristobal. Luggage allowance is combination of checked and carry-on and is strictly checked and pre-booking is cheaper than paying at the airport.

Dear, I understand your displeasure. However, when operating with small planes the cargo capacity is lower, which is why we are forced to limit the luggage of our passengers. This is carried out for the safety of the flight and our passengers, always respecting the limitations of our aircraft. We will always be happy to serve you safely, efficiently and punctually.

Very few persons traveling internationally for more than a week will carry less than 25 pounds of luggage.  If you are traveling to a remote location, off-the-beaten-track, you will need more items, not less.  International airlines impose a limit of 50 pounds per person which is reasonable.

Airlines offering inter-island flights in the Galapagos Island need to make clear that they charge up to $2.00 US per pound over a limit of 30 pounds per person (including carry-on). The limit for some airlines is even less (25 pounds per person, including carry-on).

Confronting travelers with a significant unexpected expense for necessary luggage is unfair.

For us, the most important thing is the safety, tranquility and trust of our clients, but as we are air operators we are sensitive to situations beyond our control. It is worth highlighting that our permit as a commercial air operator was not suspended, however we have been working We worked hard to improve our procedures in our operational security for the peace of mind of our passengers, thus in compliance with national and international regulations, situations that prevented compliance with our service were notified 24 hours before the flight. The full refund of your reservation was made internally, all this taking care of your safety. We hope to be able to offer better service in the future.

Horrible experience. They left us stranded in Isabela with 3 kids. We only learned about the cancellation of our flight because I got in touch with them. Absolutely appalling the lack of communication (although they had lost their license over a month ago!!!!) and 2 weeks later, still waiting for a reimbursement! Horrible company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
PS: they DID NOT notify us of the flight cancellation nor did they promptly give the full refund. I had to send daily messages and only received 80% if what I paid after 14days. After more messages, I finally received the 100% refund after 3 weeks!

This is the most despicable airline one could really think of. ESAV sold us a flight from Isabella island to San Cristobal island in the Galapagos when the airline was actually grounded for their terrible safety record without even mentioning that they just lost a plane at sea a few days earlier.
To add insult to injury, on the day of our flight, no plane ever showed up, and we were never advised of any change or cancellation of this flight. 
Of course, we never recouped our money. 
We are sorely disappointed that WeTravel does any business with such shady operators.
A real and total shame!!!
You insisted to hear from our beautiful experience, here you have it and be reassured that we are not and will not be silent about it.

The company canceled our flight less than 24 hours before departure. They did not help us find another solution. We were stuck there because we found nothing. They neither offered nor responded to any request for compensation. We only had an automatic message 3 days later and then no news. We later heard that they had had mechanical problems with a forced landing at sea the week before. Strongly not recommended!!!

What an introduction to the Galapagos! I flew into Baltra and immediately flew out to Isabela and then San Cristobal with ESAV. I was nervous about not having enough time between flights, but they assured me that they'd get me where I needed to go, and they did. They were quick to respond and so kind in all of their communications (I reached out to them via WhatsApp and paid via a secure link). Flights were smooth and fun, and what a way to see the islands! It was honestly more like a sightseeing excursion than transportation. Even when we were in the midst of clouds with no view, it was so peaceful. And they gave me a yummy power bar snack, which was a super nice touch. I hope to get the opportunity to fly with ESAV in the future. Thanks for the amazing experience.

We had a bad time on the boat from santa cruz to isla isabela so we wanted to look for an other way to transport from isabela to san cristobal. We found organisation emtebe but the reviews were really verry bad. Along the office from entebe there was the office from ESAV. A new organisation, started march 2023. The woman in the office was very helpful and within half an hour we had two tickets from isabela to cristobal including 15 kilo bagage pro person (one way). We payed together 283 dollar. Thats double the costs of the two boats you need to go from isabela to cristobal. The handling on airport in isabela was funny, there was nothing… 1 man did checkin, bagagecontrole,  guiding airplane, give  new fuel, put our bagage in plain….but he was not our pilot…
Airplane was small, adventures, in time and  oke. I recommend ESAV. Erna, the netherlands
