About this trip

Kootenay Yoga School's advanced 200hr Program has been carefully designed to support students in diving deeper into the authentic practice of yoga - with a broader and more rounded grasp of the necessary components and material.

This program has been designed to truly provide a community in learning, a community that is open, understanding, and equally dedicated to the balance of wellness in our lives. While we explore thoroughly the curriculum, we encourage our students to fully embrace the learning and commit to the yogic lifestyle.

From our private luxury villa in San Miguel De Allende, students will awake to remarkable sunrises expansive as close to nature as you are to yourself.

Above and beyond a teacher training, this is a space to define your true beauty, your inner warrior, your powerful being and to manifest your ultimate personal strength of mind, body, and spirit. This is a journey of transformation towards true authenticity and a more full version of yourself.

This 200hr Ytt program is an advanced study for yoga teachers that builds foundational material. A program to help transform your inner landscape. This advanced credential will help set you apart and identify you as an experienced teacher. Expand your knowledge into advanced techniques in Asana, Dhyana (meditation), Pranayama, Ayurvedic principles and how to establish elemental flow into your practice.

Using the five elements, the four directions, Chakras, and self study awareness practice to unlock your unique gifts and breakthrough limiting beliefs, remove the "masks" that cover your authenticity.  Join for this unique sacred journey of self discovery and personal empowerment. Explore the intimate connection with the natural world and translate that connection into more mindful, intentional, and self aware living. Learn to read the signs, follow divine guidance and thrive both on and off the mat.
