We had a great time in Prague. Kings Hotel was very clean, staff were helpful and we always had a delicious breakfast. Shaun and Ruta (EuroAdventures) were very helpful and stayed with us the whole 3 days. They arranged a good itinerary for our group of 29 people. I suggest that the 1-day city walking tour of Prague be divided into 2 days. It was hard to walk the almost 12-mile city tour in a day especially for the older people. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in Prague. Thank you Shaun and Ruta.

We had a great time. Accommodations was comfortable. Food was great. The tour the 1st day had too much walking, but we knew about it. I wish they provided headphones for everyone that way we could hear the guide talk, even if some of us were not too close to him to listen. Overall, it was great and organized well. Wish we had more time, as there was too much to see.

As a whole I'd say I enjoyed the trip very much. Everything in regards to the hostel, public transport and activities went smoothly and were well-organized, plus you'd get a discount on drinks at the hostels. The hostels (Wombat's City Hostel in Budapest and Vienna) had friendly staff, hosted many fun activities, were clean and located in great areas, near to public transport and city highlights. I also liked the recommendations given in the e-mails, as well as all the extra information given in regards to validating your metro ticket etc. And you could always contact EuroAdventures quickly through e-mail or WhatsApp. I truly believe this trip is a great, affordable and easy way to discover Budapest and Vienna in only 4 days. Many things are included in the price (breakfast, public transport, the train to Vienna, the walking tours etc.) I suppose the only downside is that this trip is NOT a group trip. When you are the only traveler, the trip still runs. I was traveling solo and hoped to meet some people doing this same tour, but there weren't any. Luckily I did meet some lovely people in the hostels, during activities and on the guided walking tours. I would definitely book with EuroAdventures again, but not if I was looking for a group trip. I would only book if I'd travel with a friend.

Greetings, The following are our reflections on the most poorly organized tour. 1. We both have a hectic schedule, and the information about the trip details was not given early enough for us to analyze and criticize. 2. When we arrived at the hotel, they said there was no reservation. We waited 45 minutes after the long trans-Atlantic trip at the reception, not knowing what to do!! Finally, I had with me one sheet that said "HOFFMAN." The receptionist could look up 'Hoffman,' and sure enough, it was there. Who would have thought that you have it listed as such? You did not inform us, and it is not lawful to register in some other name!!. What if there was a fire and they were looking for Hoffman to evacuate? What if there were some untoward incidents and the onus would be under your name? This was corroborated by the staff and the General Manager. Why did you do this? Your explanation of giving your credit card is untenable. We are both very experienced travelers, and I think I know why you did this. I want you to make sure that you do whatever corrective measures to give us the advantage of "points/rewards." 3. Nice walking tour: You said it would be a "small" group. There were at least 50. The guide made us wait in the hot sun till 11.10 am when it was supposed to start at 10.55 am. He had no microphone, and we could not hear a thing. He could have finished in 5 minutes what he said in 30 minutes. We could not take it anymore, and we broke away and took the train bus and got a beautiful tour. After that, for the uncovered areas took a "Hop off, Hop on" tour and covered the city in half a day with time to spare. 4. Wine tasting was a joke. Cheap wines, which most of the audience were throwing out because they tasted horrible. The icing on the cake in the dark, dingy, dirty, unventilated room was when, after 40 minutes decided to leave my trousers/pants were stuck on two iron nails jutting out of the chair that they had made us sit. Do you know the health consequence of a dirty nail making a gash on your leg?--Tetanus. What a shame?? I did point this out to the lady. 5. Boat cruize to St. Tropez--canceled. I understand, but would it have killed you or whoever to let us know and save us the trip to the docks in advance? The trip was canceled early enough for this to occur. Shows a lot of caring -does it not? 6. Trip to Monaco- Monte Carlo- You wanted us to meet somebody at a bakery to collect the train ticket from a guy having a 'RED UMBRELLA."? Do you think a client staying at the top-notch 5-star Hyatt will do this nonsense? If you do, then you are a novice at organizing tours. 7. Train to Cannes- Thank God trains were canceled. We never planned on it anyway to meet another "RED UMBRELLA' toting guy at a KFC restaurant. Shaun, think of what you organized. I came to you for help and guidance in a foreign land, and you did not do your job. I expect you to correct the Hyatt issue and make us whole on the financial front. P.K. Prahalad M.D., MBA

Got a pretty nice and comfortable single room in a hostel in Nice, France for a quite fair price, the bathroom and bed and floor were quite clean (which i appreciate the most), the room was quiet for most of the time, especially at night. Hostel is situated near a tram and train station from where one can go to anywhere else in the city. And the coolest thing about the hostel is that there is a really cozy student-bar in the ground floor where everyone, especially young people can come and just chill, relax or have a conversation, or even play some DJ-music or a comedy show. Great place to stay for my holiday, really enjoyed the hostel! Thanks for booking the hostel for me! DN
