*The small size of the group and our interest in yoga enhanced smooth organization, full participation and the development of trust and friendship.

Anika’s attention and consideration for our well-being led to a trip that was wonderful beyond expectations.

I appreciated the trip in a way that will continue to impact my life.  I want to go back! - 2024 Attendee

*The Yoga and Cultural Immersion retreat with Anika was such a joy! This was my first time to Japan and I appreciated the thoughtful, well-planned exploration of so many amazing and sacred places around Kyoto. I felt I experienced Japan in a way that I never would have been able to do alone. The group container was safe and supportive, and the yoga was a welcome compliment to the active walking and exploration we were able to do each day. I definitely recommend this retreat to any yoga lovers who want to be able to fully experience Japan's culture and sights.
