Day 1

Welcome to Kyrgyz - Bishkek

We advice you to arrive one day prior to the start of the trip to get acclimated! 


Your adventure begins in the vibrant capital city of Bishkek. Arrive at your leisure (either a day before or on the same morning).

At 4pm, you’ll meet fellow travellers and your guides for a welcome drink. 


Short after we,'ll embark on a guided tour of Bishkek’s historical landmarks, including Ala-Too Square, the bustling Osh Bazaar, and the Victory Monument, uncovering the city's fascinating history and culture with our local guide.

End the tour at a local restaurant to enjoy culinary experience featuring traditional Kyrgyz dishes, prepared with a modern twist. 


It’s the perfect start to your unforgettable journey!

Day 2

Koshkor Transfer & Local Experience

Breakfast & Checkout
Enjoy breakfast before checking out and preparing for the next part of the journey.

Private Shuttle to Koshkor (3h30)
Settle into your private shuttle for a scenic 3.5-hour drive through changing landscapes on the way to Koshkor.

Arrival & Check-In
Check in to your cozy, family-style hotel and settle into your room.

Lunch

Afternoon Yoga
Unwind with an afternoon yoga session to stretch and reset after the drive.

Free Time in Town
Explore Koshkor at your own pace — visit local artisans, wander the streets, or simply relax.

Dinner Together
Gather with the group for a shared dinner in a local restaurant, enjoying regional flavors and connection.

Day 3 to Day 5

3 days hike journey + transfer to Issyk Kol

Day 3 - Hike to Kol Ukok reservoir

Breakfast
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and pack for your 3 days hike. Leave big backpack at the guest house - Take your small bags only and your packed lunch.

9.30am: Depart by private shuttle toward the Kol Ukok valley, where your 3-day / 2-night hiking journey begins.

10am: Start your hike toward the Kol Ukok reservoir, walking through gentle valleys and rugged alpine terrain. & lunch on the way (picnic-style)

Afternoon time off to relax, read, go for a lake swim, meet the local.

Dinner & Overnight in Yurt Camp
Dinner will be served at the yurt camp, followed by an overnight stay in traditional yurts.

Day 4 – Hike to a unique mountain lake (Kol Tor)

Morning Trek to the altitude Lake
Begin the ascent toward the lake (altitude approx. 2750 m). This section offers panoramic mountain views and crystal-clear alpine waters and a sandy beach to relax at!

Lunch & Free Time by the Lake
Enjoy your packed lunch by the lake, followed by free time to rest, explore, or take photographs.

Descent from the Lake
In the afternoon, begin the descent back toward the lower valley. You may choose between a direct walk down or an extended hiking route, depending on preference and energy levels.

Optional Yoga in the by the lake
Participate in a guided yoga session surrounded by dramatic high-altitude landscapes. (late afternoon)

Dinner & Overnight in Yurts
Enjoy dinner at the camp and spend a second night in yurts.

Day 5 – Descent & Transfer to Lake Issyk-Kul

Final Morning at Camp
Breakfast at the camp followed by the your chosen way down (horse or walk) to the Kol Ukok valley.

Return to the Trailhead
Meet your private shuttle and prepare for the transfer.

Lunch

Seated lunch in a guest house with local cuisine.

Afternoon Transfer to Lake Issyk-Kul (2h30 hours approx)
Depart for Lake Issyk-Kul, arriving in the late afternoon.

Check in to your new accomodation (yurt by the lake) and enjoy a lovely swim in the non salty lake water & the remainder of the day at leisure.

Dinner & Overnight in Yurts
Enjoy dinner at the camp and your night in yurt.

Lakeside Practice, Canyon Exploration & Golden Eagle Encounter

Morning Walk, Meditation & Yoga by the Lake
Begin the day with a peaceful lakeside walk, followed by a guided meditation and yoga session in the quiet morning light.

Breakfast
Enjoy breakfast at the accommodation before preparing for the day’s activities.

Transfer to Canyon & Short Hike
Depart for a nearby canyon, where you will embark on a short hike and discovery through unique rock formations and scenic viewpoints.

Packed Lunch
A packed lunch will be provided to enjoy during or after the hike.

Afternoon Meeting with Golden Eagle Hunters
In the afternoon, meet with traditional golden eagle hunters and learn about this centuries-old nomadic practice, gaining insights into Kyrgyz cultural heritage.

Lake Swim & Time at Leisure
Return to the lakeshore for a refreshing swim in Issyk-Kul and enjoy free time to rest or explore the surroundings at your own pace.

Dinner Together
Conclude the day with a shared dinner, reflecting on the experiences of the day.

Day 7

Transfer to Karakol & Cultural Evening

Morning Yoga
Begin the day with a grounding yoga session to prepare mind and body for the journey ahead.

Breakfast
Enjoy breakfast at the accommodation before departure.

Transfer to Karakol (approx. 2h30 along the lakeshore)
Travel along the scenic shoreline of Issyk-Kul toward Karakol. Enjoy views of the lake and surrounding mountain ranges during the drive.

Check-In & Late Brunch at Duet Coffee
Upon arrival, check in to your accommodation and continue to Duet Coffee for a relaxed late brunch.

Free Time to Explore Karakol
Spend the afternoon at leisure discovering the town—visit local markets, wander through historic streets, or explore Karakol’s unique blend of cultures and architecture.

Dinner with Live Traditional Music
In the evening, gather for dinner accompanied by a live performance of traditional Kyrgyz music, offering an intimate cultural experience.

Day 8

Ala Kul Trekking

Preparation
Pack light but thoroughly for three intensive days of high-altitude hiking. Ensure you have all essential layers and personal items needed for mountain conditions.

Breakfast
Begin the morning with a nourishing breakfast before setting out on the trail.

Full-Day Hike (Approx. 20 km | +1100 m elevation gain)
Embark on a challenging full-day hike through alpine terrain, ascending approximately +1100 meters. The route offers sweeping views, varied landscapes, and the reward of reaching higher altitudes throughout the day.

Packed Lunch
A packed lunch will be enjoyed on the trail at a scenic resting point.

Arrival at Campsite (Yurt Camp)
Reach the yurt campsite in the late afternoon. Settle into your accommodation and take time to unwind.

Relaxation & Stretching Session
Participate in a gentle stretching session to release tension and support recovery after the hike.

Dinner Together
Enjoy a warm, shared dinner at the camp, followed by a restful evening in traditional yurts.

Day 9

Altyn Arashan: Full-Day Mountain Hike & Hot Springs

Breakfast
Begin the morning with a hearty breakfast to fuel a long and challenging day on the trail.

Full-Day Hike (Approx. 6 km | ±1000 m elevation gain/loss | 10+ hours)
Set out on a demanding mountain hike in the Altyn Arashan valley.
Although the total distance is modest, the significant elevation changes (±1000 m), rugged terrain, and technical sections make this a strenuous full-day effort, often exceeding ten hours.

Throughout the trek, enjoy sweeping alpine views, dramatic ridgelines, and the pristine natural beauty that defines the Altyn Arashan region.

Packed Lunch
A packed lunch will be provided to enjoy along the route at a suitable rest point.

Evening in Altyn Arashan Hot Springs
Upon your return, unwind in the natural hot springs of Altyn Arashan—an ideal way to soothe muscles and recover after a demanding day.

Dinner
End the day with a well-deserved dinner at the camp. Rest and restore after this intense and unforgettable mountain experience.

Day 10

Return to Karakol, Cultural Exploration & Transfer to Bokonbayevo

Breakfast
Enjoy breakfast at the camp before beginning your journey back toward Karakol.

Hike Along the Ak-Suu River to Karakol (Approx. 14 km | –600 m elevation loss)
Set out on a scenic descent following the Ak-Suu river valley. This gentle downhill hike offers shifting landscapes, forested paths, and views of the surrounding peaks as you make your way back to Karakol.

Transport Option: Choose to complete the entire hike on foot or opt for a transfer in a Soviet-era minibus—a unique and memorable cultural experience. (additional charge)

Lunch in Karakol
Arrive in Karakol for a well-deserved lunch at a our favorite local restaurant.

After lunch, grab your luggages and jump on your transfer to Bokonbayevo (Lake-side Yurt Camp). Approx 2h30 hours for the transfer - Check in to your yurt camp by the lake for a peaceful overnight stay.

Optional Yoga and stretch by the lake before your traditional dinner at the campsite.

Day 11

Return to Bishkek & Final Evening Together

Enjoy your last early morning swim.

Breakfast
Enjoy breakfast at the accommodation before beginning your journey back to the capital.

Transfer to Bishkek (Approx. 4h30)
Depart for Bishkek by private shuttle. The drive offers changing landscapes as you leave the high mountain region and return to the city.

Lunch En Route
Packed lunch to be enjoyed on the way.

Check-In at your last hotel or Airport Transfer
Upon arrival in Bishkek, guests may either:

  • Check in to the final hotel, or

  • Proceed directly to the airport for onward travel - Safe travels !!!

Visit to the Traditional Souk & Free Time in the City
Visit the traditional souk (bazaar), where you can explore local crafts, spices, textiles, and daily life. Afterward, enjoy free time to wander the city, shop, or relax before the evening program.

Final Dinner Together (Not Included)
Gather for a last dinner together at a selected restaurant to celebrate the journey and share final moments as a group.
Dinner is at participants’ own expense.
