Settlement of Remaining Balance: 30 days (4 weeks) prior to arrival 

Free cancellation is accepted up to 4 weeks prior to the group's arrival 

Cancellation Fee 30 to 3 days prior to the group's arrival: 30% of the booking cost

Full cost if cancellation is received within the last 48hrs

No show: Full charge will apply

Packages can be transferred to a different participant; Any payment differences that occur from the package transfer must be settled between the participants on a private basis
