Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, enjoy our horse and Buggy ride through our open citrus orchards. The cave, located behind the Sleeping Giant Lodge, is reserved for exclusive use of The Belize Collection guests. Very few people ever enter the cave, making it your intimate tour experience. The cave features spectacular geological formations, rim stone dams, stalactites, stalagmites, crystal curtains, and columns. The cave was also used by the ancient Mayas for religious ceremonies. Left behind as evidence of these mysterious ancient ceremonies are hundreds of artifacts making Sleeping Giant Cave a natural museum. There are Maya skeletal remains embedded in crystal, Maya tools, fire pits, and amazing pottery; an experience like no where else in the world.

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, private transfer to Hopkins for hotel accommodations (approx. 1hr).

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, walk to the hotel’s dock and enjoy your snorkeling tour.

South Water Caye is located directly on the Belize Barrier Reef. It’s surrounded by mangrove islands, marine life, and coral reefs. It’s home to sea grass beds, patch reefs, sand bores, mangrove habitat and over a dozen of major cays and smaller islets.  In 1996, South Water Caye was added to a list of protected sites of “universal value to humanity,” by the United Nations Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).  Snorkel gear included, but marine fee not included.

Breakfast at hotel. When you’re ready, a hotel representative will transfer you to Dangriga airstrip for local flight to Belize International Airport. The earliest flight departs at 7:25pm and the last departs at 2:25pm.
