KL-New Delhi-Srinagar-Sonmarg (2800m | Hike 4 hr)
Arrive in Srinagar drive directly to Sonmarg (Altitude of 2800 meters), a spectacular facet of country side of Kashimir in Sindh Valley. Deep rock-girt gorge to open grassy meadow land and Village-dotted slopes. Hike up through Glacier, crowded but expected to greeted with beautiful scenery that worth the effort. Start of our 3 days Acclimatization for higher altitude trek. Overnight hotel.

Sonmarg-Kargil (Drive 125km)
A long and beautiful drive cross Aozila pass and along the way, visit Drass and Kargill war. Gradually acclimatize for hike to come. Overnight at hotel.

Kargil-Leh (Drive 250km)
Smooth ride cross Fotu La, Namki La, Lamayuru and Moonland, offering some breath-taking landscapes with "Magnetic Hill" and " Guludwara Pathar Sahib" the famous "Hall of fame" along the route. Overnight at hotel.

Leh-Zingchen-Rumbak (3850m | Drive 1.5hr | Hike 3 hr)
Drive to Zinchen, start our 3 days trek crossing stream and towards. Be greeted with Buddhist prayer flags and ascent up to fields of Rumbak village facing snow capped ridges on the Stok Range. Camping at Rumbak Village amidst fields of Barley, Mustard and prayer flags. Enjoying weather, beautiful scenery and explore Hemis National Park. Overnight at campsite.

Rumbak - base of Stok La (4400m | Hike 2.5 hr)
Continue trekking from from Rumbak to base of Stoke Pass. The route takes us across views that are spread towards scant grazing land and high windy ridges. The last ascend leads us through scant vegetation and takes us to the base of Stok La. Enjoy the amazing views of Stok La, down the valley across to the elevated grazing pastures and impressive ridges. Overnight at campsite.

base of Stok La -Stok La-Stok-Leh (4900m | Hike 8 hr | Drive 20 min)
Continue trekking and slowly climb towards Stok-la Pass. Gentle charming slope to begin followed by steep path to reach Stok La at 4900 meters. Admire the amazing views of the south face of Stok Peak from the summit. Descend to to Lchangma for lunch and see the river which descends from the Stok-Kangri. Take beautiful photos of village with the Ladakh range with vegetation, wheat, barley as the backdrop. From village drive back to Leh. Overnight at guesthouse.

Rest day with sightseeing in Leh. Short hike up to visit Leh palace, then drive to Thiksey Monastrey. Overnight at guest house.

Leh-Tsokar salty lake-Nuruchen (4500m | Hike 2 hr | Drive 5 hr)
Drive pass the second highest motorable road pass called Taklang La at 5350m, then adjourn to Salty lake Tso kar at 4500m high above sea level. Easy walk/hike to enjoy the lake scenery. Overnight at campsite

Nuruchen - Horlamkong La pass - Rachung Karu (4700 m | Hike 7 hr)
5 hrs hike to Horlamkong La (4700m) , we will trek up through green valley walking along the river, visit Chanpas nomads and reach campsite (4700m). Overnight at campsite.

Another awesome trip with Sunhiker. Despite of the unexpected cyclone and massive flood in Poland and Czech region during our trip, the sunhiker team successfully and safely brought us from places to places and tried their best to fulfill the planned itinerary. It was a great experience with the mix of nature, culture and adventure. Will always book my hiking trip with Sunhiker.

Excellent trip with sunhiker! From the peak of mountain to Sahara desert via amazing townships, this is one of my most memorable trips ever!
