George, Jo, and the rest of the Aire Libre crew put on an outstanding trip! I definitely will do another with them. It was a nice break from the day-to-day grind and helped energize me in all the ways a vacation should. I feel healthier and made great memories - what could be better than that?

Trip was jammed packed for the entire weekend. Runs were epic, amazing scenery. Loved the mediation sessions in the morning. Weekend was well planned out. Would have loved to have one or two more sessions of yoga, especially after the long run on Sunday. My only other criticism would be to try to minimize time in the car. Considering the trip was a long weekend, minimum time in the car is much preferred.
