About this trip
We will spend 5 days and 5 nights in beautiful Lake Powell.
Adventures days will include boating, jet skiing, wake boarding, cliff jumping, hiking, wake surfing, and more.
Evenings offer campfire stories, fishing, movies, games, and unending star gazing!
Yoga and meditation will be offered daily.

Our adventure brings us warm days of boating, jet skiing, wake boarding, cliff jumping, hiking, wake surfing, and more.
The cooler evenings offer campfire stories, fishing, movies, games, and unending star gazing!
Yoga/meditation will be offered daily to keep you grounded and open to the present moment.

Elevate Your Adventure is all about getting out there and doing the things you have always wanted to do- with mindfulness and like minded awesome people! Our adventures will have us trying new things, getting out of our comfort zone (if we choose!) exploring new places, and meeting great people!
Elevate Your Adventure trips are hosted by Lisa Bateman, Registered Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist in Boise, Idaho. Lisa is passionate about travel, new experiences, self care and self awareness. Each trip will be designed in such a way to encompass all those areas.
