CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness unless travel insurance is purchased. If you cancel your participation for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance that will cover the extent of risk you foresee.
IF WE CANCEL THE TRIP:
We hope to never have a reason to cancel a trip; however, if we must cancel the trip due to extreme circumstance, we will refund your payment. We cannot however compensate you for the downpayment, airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event of trip being cancelled due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund, it will be depending on receiving a refund from the venue we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

Please note that the initial downpayment of $100 per person, is non-refundable.
If you are not purchasing a flight through MYA Level Up, please purchase a flight that will get you to Montego Bay on December 9th before 3:00pm. This will allow for enough time to check-in and attend the Welcome Drinks & Dinner in the evening.

This package is the ideal package if you are looking to book with another person, and need separate beds on your journey.
This price is $1,195.00 per person for two people. Any additional persons outside of the two of you booking, that will be staying in the same room with you, will only have to pay $826.00 for this package.
NOTE: If you are booking for more than two people (including yourself) in a room, please mark that there are two (2) participants when booking, and you will be able to select for the 3rd person or more, under the “Add-Ons Option” during your booking.

Arrive at Sangster International Airport - Montego Bay, where you will meet with your transfer representative.
Transfer to your resort to check-in and see the room you will be staying in during this journey, along with a complimentary gift at your bedside upon arrival to your room.
Receive the latest schedule from your Host & grab a welcome drink, while taking in the beautiful view of your resort.
