I stumbled upon yoga around 2002. I was living in Boston after returning from the Peace Corps in Mali, an experience that taught me about the real power of community. Seeking ways to process my time abroad, and looking for community within a busy city, I was fortunate to discover both in a yoga studio. I practiced and trained to teach for eight years before moving to California. I moved to the East Bay in 2010 to deepen my practice and diversify my yoga studies. I'm continually expanding my offerings as my practice evolves.

What an Absolutely fabulous time! Fabulous yoga and surroundings, not to mention first off the wonderful yoginis on the retreat and the most amazing yoga instructor. The whole experience was rather stress free and managed fabulously by Yoga Retreat organizer, Reba Gray. The remarkable coordination, planning and support to each participant was beyond expectations, again not to highlight the incredible sunsets every night , the delicious food, comfortable accomodations and fabulous FLOW. THANK YOU REBA for a truly soul enriching retreat. XO Nibbles

Reba is the only yoga instructor I have ever bought a membership for - after my first class with her, I was hooked. She was an incredible trip leader, too - calm, confident, and on top of everything with kindness throughout. She adjusted her yoga classes and our daily schedule based on our daily activity plans and moods and how our bodies felt. She was so attuned and the location was absolutely a wonderful environment to get away and bond with an incredible group of women. Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you, Reba!!!
