Our journey from England to the South of France is intentional, on the first half of the week we will be tuning the senses inward and doing the inner work of connecting to the themes of Beauty, on the second half of the week we lean into our sensual experience of Beauty.
In Provence, we'll land midday to our villa in the countryside. A stone hearth, pool and luscious landscapes of times ago will await us.
Our orientation will be an experience of our beauty within and without, through the food, environment, and sensual embodiment practices that will guide us in our stay.
We'll hike to the sacred site of Mary Magdalene Cave in Saint-Baume. An early morning pilgrimage will leave this day to be a memorable one forever.
An afternoon on your own in Provence will be a time for shopping and enjoying the city. City markets and cafes are plentiful.
On our last day together we have a very special day planned.
A celebration of our Journey will be commenced with A day cruise in the Calanques with lunch on board.
A 20-meter varnished wooden sailing boat for our group exclusively.
We'll stop in coves for swimming, snorkeling, and enjoying the waters of the Mediterranean.
