As you enter through the gates of the tranquil Endless Vineyard Wine Estate where you are greeted by the serene feeling of inner peace  which immediately dissolves all your frustration and stress.  Chesna and her team offers you a warm welcome as you are handed your detailed itinerary and checked into your cottage. 

The adventure kicks off with you and your new circle of sisters getting up on your feet, out your heads and into your spirit to enjoy good food, great company and some dancing around the campfire.

The next morning, you greet the day with yoga and meditation to set your intentions for the next three days. This tranquil setting provides a beautiful backdrop for deep exploration – both outer and inner. 

During the course of the 4 days you will: 

- Soothe away your stress and tension in the healing sister cycle sessions

- Discover the perfect techniques for dealing with challenging emotions and situations.

- Gain clarity as we cycle through the estate

- Let go of old paradigms in our venting ceremonies

- Meditate under the stars and connect with your “True Self” and purpose

- Find answers to those difficult questions from the wisdom of nature during our hikes through the vineyards 

An outdoor open-air pool calls you to relax and take in spectacular views of the peaceful lake and impressive mountains in the distance.  In between group activities, you wile away the time casually sipping and nibbling on delicious healthy snacks around the pool area, softly chatting with the other women. 

To bring out the youth in all of us we will :

• Sing along to old school music (back when the lyrics still had meaning)
• Learn a sensual dance routine that will bring back your sexy confidence
• Take  a dive  into the lake with friends 

If you had any concerns when you arrived, they are only a distant memory now.

Entering the gate and driving up the dirt road to the lodge, your heart rate slows and you feel your body relax as you absorb the breathtaking beauty of this hidden treasure.

The lodge’s simple elegance is the perfect backdrop for this intimate secluded retreat as it overlooks its own little mountain lake.

With spectacular views out every window, you can’t decide where to focus your eyes – inside on the beautiful furnishings, lovely decorated rooms or outside at the stunning handiwork of nature.

Your unique bedroom with its wood furniture, down comforter and toiletry products welcomes you in, providing the deep comfort and relaxation you long for.  All rooms are double occupancy, with two beds in the room.  

You experience the great outdoors in an elegant atmosphere with all the luxuries and benefits we big girls have come to appreciate!

The Racione Tasting Room  calls you with the sweet aroma of a hearty breakfast of fresh fruit, homemade bread and other eateries cooked to perfection.

Lunches keep your energy up for the daily activities with sharing platters of specially prepare to satisfy your every craving.

Don’t worry about the calories, there’s plenty to do to burn those off!

Enjoy a mid-afternoon break at your leisure in the comfort of your cottage as each kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, milk and sugar as well as ice tea and carbonated drinks.

You relish your evening meals in a group setting and reminisce about the day’s adventures.

Up until 30 days prior to retreat, all monies paid less R500 are refundable should you cancel.

Cancellations within 30 days of start of retreat are fully earned, with no refund provided. If you are able to find a  qualifying person as a replacement to fill your spot no less than 15  days of departure, we will work with you to refund more (and possibly  all) of your registration fee.

If cancellation is implemented by us, we will cheerfully refund all monies paid by you.
