Lunch based on local excellences, included a true gastronomic delicacy, the symbol of Ascoli Piceno:, the filled and fried stuffed olives, Olive all’Ascolana.

Dinner in Torre di Palme

After the city tour of Ascoli, visit Torre di Palme, a beautiful neighborhood of Fermo, from where it’s possible to enjoy a breathtaking landscape and to have a “panoramic” dinner.

Breakfast and check out from the hotel, transfer to Macerata, urban trekking in the city with a local guide in the morning; lunch with cooking show in the cellar of a wine producer. After lunch transfer to Loro Piceno to live an unforgettable experience in the Monastery of Castel Brunforte.

You will also learn how to prepare stuffed pasta: ravioli, tortellini, cappellacci, agnolotti. Every size of pasta will be matched with a sauce. Lunch or dinner based on the fresh pasta you prepared!
