This experiential retreat dives deep into leadership cultivation-more than just seminars and lectures, you will discover leadership skills through experiences that tap into your leadership authenticity. 

Through yoga, movement, reflective activities, nature immersion and adventure you will have the time to dive deep and discover strategies that will help you grow as a leader and on a personal level with guidance from Adriana, Nancy and Personal Directions®.  

ABOUT PERSONAL DIRECTIONS®

This nationally renowned program is the DEEP, ROBUST FOUNDATION of your retreat experience. Through this thorough examination of your authentic self, measuring 17 key motivational directions, 18 life architecture, and 11 quality of life variables, you will learn what motivates you internally, where you are spending your time and energy, and how you feel about the world you have created. From there, Adriana and Nancy will coach and guide you through the growth and learning process required to bring about your best, most authentic leadership-self.

Nancy Zane - Nancy Zane is the founder and visionary of North Star Adventures. She brings 25 years’ experience in cultivating outdoor leaders. As a former college educator, avid outdoor enthusiast, and medical professional she creates a physical and emotional safe place for you to explore the outdoors and expand personal comfort zones. Prior to founding North Star Adventures she oversaw leadership development programs, developed and taught Adventure Education courses.
