I found the retreat with Dr. Kristi to be deep dive within, in a sacred space with a group of caring individuals who stood witness to my evolution.
The breathtaking environment of Whitehaven, the stellar accommodations, the adventures into the local landscape and the vivacious nutrition of native Hawaiian foods supported me on this introspective journey.
