There’s no need to sit cross-legged, bolt upright, or even on the floor. (Unless you want too!)

The aim is to be physically comfortable so you can actually meditate.

Instruction in English

Your host and instructor, Dawn Bradley, is from England, and so instruction is given in English only.
Feel free to practice your Spanish when eating at the local restaurants and chiringuitos.
