PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

Pricing based on no less than 20 Students Traveling.  If trip participation drops below 20 Students Traveling, this pricing will be adjusted or your school may not be eligible to travel.

Only Students, Teachers & Staff are allowed to attend the Educational Workshop & Ride the Transportation to/from the workshop/performance.  However, parents are encouraged to attend any Performance the group has scheduled for the trip.

We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance that includes a Cancel For Any Reason waiver added.

• An initial deposit of $250 per room is due on or before September. 01, 2022
• A second payment of $250 or more per room is due on or before October 01, 2022. 
• A third payment of $250 or more is due on or before November 01, 2022.
• A fourth payment of $250 or more is due on or before December 01, 2022.
• A fifth payment of $250 or more is due on or before January 1, 2023.
• Final payment/the balance of the trip is due no later than February 1, 2023.
• All checks should be made payable to Main Street Travel, LLC - All returned checks are subject to a $36.00 service fee.
• Failure to keep up with monthly payments may result in cancellation of your trip & cancellation penalties per the scale below will apply.
• Please note, in order to give your group the lowest package price we must sell the package as a whole and cannot offer price reductions for those who choose to deviate from or eliminate portions of the trip including mode of travel, choice of park pass, resort, room type, workshop or performance.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations received between September 01, 2022 and October 1, 2022, will result in a cancellation fee of $250.00 per person.
• Cancellations received between October 2, 2022 and November 15, 2022 will result in a cancellation fee of $500.00 per person.
• Cancellations received November 16, 2022 and December 31, 2022 will result in a cancellation fee of $750.00 per person. 
• Cancellations received January 01, 2023 and the date of the trip will result in a cancellation fee of the full value of the trip per room. No refunds.
• All cancellations must be sent directly in writing to Main Street Travel, LLC

If the overall group drops below 20 Traveling Students, the trip will not be eligible to travel under this current pricing or travel at all due to standards set forth by the Disney Travel Co. 

 Travel Insurance: We HIGHLY RECOMMEND the purchase of Travel Insurance.    This purchase is IN ADDITION to the vacation costs listed for this trip.  We will email you a quote for a Student Travel Insurance Policy.   It is your choice to purchase or not purchase the policy we quote you.

• You may  SEND A CHECK for your students trip.  MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO :  Main Street Travel, LLC.  MAIL TO:  PO Box 1362, White House TN 37188
• You may bring payment to our office:  783 W Main Street, Hendersonville TN 37075
• CHECKS MUST ARRIVE ON OR BEFORE YOUR PAYMENT DUE DATE, OR YOUR TRIP MAY BE CANCELLED.
• All returned checks are subject to a $36.00 service fee.
• No invoices will be sent from your school.  Therefore, it is individuals' responsibility to keep their payments current and communicate with Main Street Travel, LLC regarding their accounts and payments.  
• Please note, in order to give your group the lowest package price we must sell the package as a whole and cannot offer price reductions for those who choose to deviate from or eliminate portions of the trip - including mode of travel, choice of park pass, or hotel.

Travel Insurance Acknowledgement: Emergencies can happen when you least expect them. Main Street Travel, LLC highly recommends that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their vacation. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators all charge high penalties for cancellation, ranging from the full deposit to no refund at all. And, keep in mind is that that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country. Travel insurance can protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances. Please also note that in order for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions, your policy must be purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter (depending on the terms of the policy). Please understand that we are not registered insurance agents, and cannot legally provide specific advice or information regarding insurance. We will gladly secure a quote for you, upon request, and if Main Street Travel, LLC does not, or is not legally able to secure coverage on your behalf, it is our strong recommendation that you purchase a policy on your own. I acknowledge that Main Street Travel, LLC has recommended or offered travel insurance protection to me. Should I choose not to purchase such a policy, I accept all responsibility for declining to secure coverage.  

If my payment today is for a Main Street Travel, LLC "Service Fee" payment, I understand this payment is Non-Refundable in the event I choose not to book or cancel my trip.  I agree that my Main Street Travel, LLC Travel Planner has informed me of all change & cancellation policies.  I understand that Main Street Travel, LLC does not make the cancellation and change policies, these policy's are set forth by the travel supplier and my Main Street Travel, LLC travel planner has advised me of these policies.  I certify that I have verified that all information contained in the confirmation I've received is accurate and I wish to move forward with confirming my travel plans.
