About this trip

Meet us in Mobay! Join Tina and Beckah for a Jamaican experience where we will explore our personal relationships to liberation as it relates to our pleasure, joy, rest and community building.

Let the land, the air, the water heal you as we unpack some old agreements and beliefs that hold us back, against the frame of the rich history and the power of the people of Jamaica. From visits to historic sites to daily yoga and meditation and so much in between, this intimate gathering will give us a chance to bring our tired, post-quarantine souls to a wonderous land of healing and restoration.

This trip will be led by Tina Strawn, founder of Legacy Trips and owner of the Speaking of Racism podcast, and Rebeckah Price, yoga teacher,  Diversity & Wellness Consultant and Nike trainer.

Who is this trip for?

This trip is designed for all cis and trans womxn of all racial identities, as well as non-binary people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of womxn.
