Hi Natalie Thanks for your review but I'm still sorry that you did not take your trip with us. I understand personal circumstances (I understand that you are between jobs) came up at the last minute so you could not travel.. So although we had all of your hotels, flights, transfers etc lined up, you couldn't come! Hope that you can join us at a later time!

I am thrilled at how easy Vennie made it for our group. Every step of the way was lined up, and we knew exactly where to go and when. The hotels we were placed in were some of the best ever, especially Mbano Lodge. The tours were great and everyone was so nice. Areas were clean. I cannot say enough about the hotels. I did not expect the level of quality that was received. I would recommend this company, Heritage Africa 100% to anyone! Thank you for everything our trip was made so easy!

The trip itself was fantastic, but managing it remotely was challenging for both the travel agent and the client. I lost $300 due to a last-minute change to a pre-scheduled activity the night before, which caused a conflict with another activity the following day. As a result, my wife and I had to choose between the two and miss out on one of them without receiving any reimbursement. I was told to contact my insurance provider, while the company took no responsibility for my loss.

What an experience. Being a 63 year old couple and me with a heart condition, this trip was fantastic. Heritage Africa supported us the entire trip and never once failed to assist us when contacted. The hotel "Southern Sun" in Cape town was well above 5 star. I have traveled all over the world and have never had a breakfast that comes close to where we stayed. The staff and people of Cape town are so friendly, all speak English and 12 other languages. Even with the rain we had a great time. Then the trip to Kruger national park. Once again Heritage Africa had by far the best company to team up with. We stayed at "KRUGER SHALATI The Train on the Bridge". Please google this place as words do NOT describe where you will be staying at. This is a train that doesn't move, on a bridge built on the 1920's, 24 train cars converted into hotel rooms, complete with Air conditioning, looking over the river below. Never in my life have I been at a more fun and exciting place to stay. Due to my health condition and the heat, I passed on the day time safari. But sitting in the room was like a show by its self. Looking out my train car room, down at the river below, i would see the crocodiles swim by or be sun bathing on the shore, water buffalo, impalas, elephants, giraffes and hippos were all spotted from my room's window. The monkeys were climbing all over the train's exterior. Where else can you expect to see such a show from a hotel room? We were so blessed that Heritage Africa had the knowledge and experience to place us at the finest place to stay in the entire Kruger national park. The staff here was so friendly and helpful, the food was great. Our guide "Lisa" who drove us around the park could NOT be more helpful and accommodating. If you stay any other place in the park, IT'S YOUR LOSS. One last shout out to Heritage Africa for putting this trip of a lifetime together for us.
