The following two days are spent on a hike through a rain forest to Shira Ridge from there. Starting in 2023, 2024, or 2025 from Moshi or Arusha, our Kilimanjaro hiking trip will include full board at the forest camp known as "Big Tree Camp." It takes roughly 4 hours to drive hikers from Moshi to Londorossi Gate, where they complete registration and entry requirements. Next, take a car to the Lemosho trailhead (another hour to reach the trailhead). After eating lunch at the trailhead, hikers continue through untouched woodland that winds to the first camp site, known as "Big Tree Camp."
