On this day we will allow for arrivals and rest; Unpacking and familiarization. We will come together at dinner time for our "Welcome Fête" and to enjoy our first meal together

On this day we will visit sites close to home. First we'll have brunch at Phare des Mamelles then tour the historical lighthouse afterwards. From there we will visit the African Renaissance Monument and Mosque of the Divinity.

On this day we will visit the wonders of Bandia Reserve. A real safari in one of the most beautiful areas of Senegal. Will we see the lions???

On this day we will discover the tragedy that was and the beauty that is Gorée Island. We will devote the entire day to embrace and reflect upon this part of history.

On this day we will start with a visit to The Museum of Black Civilizations. After, we will do more sightseeing that will also include a visit to the Cathedrale du Souvenir Africain de Dakar. Before we head in for the evening, we'll make a stop by the Sea Plaza Mall.

We’ll kick off the day with an early beach excursion to Ngor Island and wrap it up with the incredible Juneteenth Celebration hosted by the

African American Association of Senegal!

On this day we'll prepare to travel back to our respective homes. If time allows for last-minute activities, we will definitely partake, ensuring we arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before take-off to guarantee a smooth departure.
