Breathe, Rest, Nourish, & Realign your mind/body/spirit through Chakra balancing yoga. Gracefully move into fall by settling into your root with Stacey, right before the holidays. Experience the magic of Playa Viva through alignment-based yoga, accessible breath-work & peaceful meditation. Stacey’s passion for living fully resonates in her bright & enthusiastic teaching style, inspiring students of all backgrounds and abilities.
Spend 5 days & 4 nights in a luxurious ecological paradise, steps away from the beach at Playa Viva, an eco-regenerative resort in Mexico. We will calm the body, mind and soul with morning and afternoon yoga. Nourish and replenish your body with a wide variety of delicious, freshly prepared farm-to-table cuisine, optional excursions, all on our own private beach. Relax in your treehouse and drift away as the waves of the Pacific Ocean lull you to sleep.
Your stay includes 5 days & 4 nights in award-winning shared or single treehouses, all meals, all yoga classes, airport transfers, and a peaceful spirit to take home.

Rest your mind and body in an award-winning Tree House Perch. The two-story, two bedroom treehouses boast a large bathroom & dressing area on the mezzanine level, accessible via a short staircase . You will share the large bathroom with the yogis sharing the adjoining loft of the same treehouse (in our group only). A maximum of 3 yogis will share the bathroom. You may choose your roommate, or I can help pair you with a suitable mate.
Book by June 1, 2023 for a complimentary 60-minute beachfront massage.
Retreat deposits are non-refundable. All reservations must be prepaid in full within 90 days of the beginning of a retreat. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for yourself upon booking.
