After being flooded with messages from people wanting to experience Brazil the way I did, I knew I had to make this trip happen. As a meticulous planner and researcher, I’ve helped thousands of people book their own trips with my content. We'll be staying in a stunning 4* hotel in the heart of Copacabana

Here you can enjoy spacious and comfortable rooms as well as a gorgeous rooftop area overlooking the beach.

We have two room options:

Double Occupancy sharing rooms with twin beds, We’ll create a WhatsApp group so you can connect with fellow travellers before the trip and get to know everyone. If you’re travelling with a friend, let us know so we can pair you together.  

Single Occupancy Queen-Size rooms for travellers who want that little bit more privacy!

For safety reasons we will only release the full details of the hotel to confirmed trip participants

Whether you're looking to grow your social media or just want to capture stunning visuals, we have dedicated time in the itinerary to help you create amazing content in Rio's most iconic spots.

At locations like the vibrant Selaron Steps, Copacabana, Rasta Beach, and  sunset views at Ipanema, we'll assist you in perfecting your shots and share tips to elevate your content - whether you're a beginner or experienced creator.

Say goodbye to worrying about tripods or asking strangers for photos, and focus on getting the perfect shot!

Throughout the trip, you’ll use your own phone or camera to capture content, with the FORTH.travel team using their own equipment only at their discretion.

As group participants may be will be flying into Rio from different parts the world, we will not including flights in the total cost of this trip and this will be your responsibility.

Book your flight to Rio de Janeiro (GIG - Galeão International Airport) and arrive on the 4th October 2025 - we recommend arriving by 3PM, to allow time for transfers and settling in.

Travel insurance is not included in the total price and it will be required. You will be asked for proof of this before the trip. 

We are not responsible for any injuries, lost or stolen property, canceled or missed flights, or death - please make sure your insurance policy covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, electronic and valuable items and any adventurous activities you plan to participate in.

• The initial trip deposit is non-refundable.
• If paying in installments: you may request a refund for your first installment only (excluding the deposit) within 5 days of making the payment. After this 5-day period, all payments, including any instalments made before, up to, and beyond 60 days prior to the trip start date, are non-refundable.
• If paying in full: you may request a refund within 5 days of making the full payment.
• After this 5-day period, the full payment is non-refundable, including any payments made before, up to, and beyond 60 days prior to the trip start date.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another individual, subject to availability on the waitlist and approval by FORTH.travel. Any costs associated with name changes or rebooking fees will be your responsibility.

What can I expect? 

🌞 Explore vibrant streets, savour exquisite cuisine, and take in stunning landscapes. From samba nights and scenic hikes to golden sunsets, this experience blends adventure, culture, and relaxation seamlessly.

When and where should I fly? 

✈️ Book your flight to Rio de Janeiro (GIG - Galeão International Airport). Our welcome meeting and dinner is on the 4th October 2025 and will start at 7PM, so we recommend arriving by 3PM, to allow time for transfers and settling in.

What are the payment options?

 💸 A deposit is initially required to secure your spot and then a payment plan is available, with monthly instalments and final payment due one month before departure - or you can pay in full right away.

Will I be sharing a room? 

🛌 We have options for both Double Occupancy (sharing) and Single Occupancy (solo). And of course, you can pay in instalments for both - for Sharing Rooms you can pay as low as £288 per month and Solo Rooms £350 per month (May-Sept)

Do I need a visa? 

📄 Visa requirements will depend on your nationality, please make sure you double check this as this will be your responsibility prior to the trip start date.

Are flights included? 

✈️ No, flights are not included. You’ll need to book your own flights to and from Rio.

Will there be downtime?

😴 Yes! While the itinerary is packed with incredible experiences, there will also be time to relax, explore independently, or enjoy Rio at your own pace. 

How many people will be on the trip? 

👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏾 A small, intimate group of up to 10 travellers, plus your expert hosts, Nay and Liv. We are two travel enthusiasts dedicated to making this experience seamless and unforgettable.

Take some time to settle in, freshen up, or explore the surroundings before the meeting in the evening. 

You’ll meet your trip leaders from FORTH and other fellow travellers. We'll go over the itinerary, and get excited for the incredible week ahead. 

Straight after, we’ll enjoy a delicious welcome dinner – because what better way to start a journey than with good food and great company?

Wake up to your first full day in Rio and dive straight into its buzzing markets. We’ll explore Ipanema’s famous Hippie Market and the foodie paradise of Feira da Glória, where you can sample exotic fruits, buy the cutest trinkets and jewellery. In the afternoon you can eat the best street food whilst listening to live Samba music.

In the evening we'll head to the Arpoador stones and join the locals as we experience our first sunset in Rio together.

After an early breakfast we'll visit the famous Selarón Steps - here we will have some dedicated time to spend getting content and pictures which the FORTH team will gladly help you with!

The afternoon is yours to explore, before we regroup for a night at Pedra do Sal, where samba beats fill the streets and the energy is contagious.

After breakfast we'll step into the soul of Rio as we uncover the powerful legacy of Afro-Brazilian history on a guided walking tour. As the sun sets, we'll turn up the energy with a Caipirinha-making session where we'll learn to mix Brazil’s signature cocktail before immersing ourselves in an electrifying Samba class.

Enjoy a relaxed morning before we head to our Food Tour where we'll visit different neighbourhoods and get a taste of traditional Brazilian food!

In the afternoon we'll take a trip to the Havaianas' flagship store and then it's straight to Ipanema Beach to soak up the sun, swim in the ocean, and snap the ultimate golden hour shots. You'll to get to capture your "prepare to be sick of me" envy-inducing beach pics at sunset with help from our content creation session.

We'll ride the scenic train up to Christ the Redeemer, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. After taking in the breathtaking panoramic views, we’ll unwind on the shores of Copacabana and Rasta Beach, where beach vibes meet local culture. 

During the afternoon, we’ll hold a content creation session, helping you capture the ultimate Rio beach shots. Finally, as night falls, we’ll explore the Copacabana Night Market where you'll have a chance to grab unique souvenirs and bring a piece of Brazil home with you!

Set your alarms as we're starting things early with a sunrise hike at Morro Dois Irmãos - one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in the city and then The morning is yours to spend your way, we'll have lots of recommendations for you, whether it’s soaring over Rio’s stunning coastline on a paragliding adventure, taking in the city from above on a helicopter tour, or simply wandering through the streets, discovering hidden gems at your own pace.

In the late afternoon, we’ll come together for an unforgettable golden hour experience at Sugarloaf Mountain. We'll ride the cable car to the summit and watch as the sun sets over the city.

For our last full day in Rio, we’ll escape into the lush greenery of Parque Lage & the Botanical Garden, a breathtaking mix of nature and architecture. 

The afternoon is completely yours, and we’ll provide a curated list of personalised suggestions so that you can make your last afternoon exactly what you want it to be. Whether that’s a final dip in the ocean, a relaxed café stop, an adrenaline-fulled adventure, or a whirlwind souvenir hunt, it’s your choice. 

In the evening, we’ll come together for a farewell dinner to celebrate an unforgettable week in Rio!
