Let Your Soul Flow is a unique adventure geared toward those who are caregivers in private/public service who need to revisit what it means to simply "Be". Find your flow into whole body, mind, and spirit wellness. Learn about mindfulness, yoga, and wellness to take home skills that you can apply to your personal life. This is an adventure into self, culture, and community.
You will begin each day with yoga and mindfulness meditation, guided by Debbee Straub 500-hour Certified & Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher and mindfulness instructor. You will learn as you go and/or enhance what you already know. Each day is filled with activities and lessons of mindfulness, self-reflection, exploration, local history, and adventure yet not too intense to allow full immersion into the art of being.
Debbee is an awarded teacher, the Founder of Jellyfish Flow Wellness, mindfulness teacher, and a 500-hour Registered Yoga Alliance teacher. She began her yoga teaching with Iyengar training, Radiant Health Yoga (a therapeutic based yoga) and Core Strength Vinyasa (CSV - an anatomy and core based yoga by Sadie Nardini), and is currently working toward a Yoga Therapy Certification. Trained in mindfulness through Mindful Schools and continued trainings, she also practices and teaches mindfulness to K-12 students, including workshops for teachers and staff, and mindful dinners in the community. Debbee sees yoga based in mindfulness, compassion, and nature as a step inward toward a holistic being with an empathetic understanding of humanity and the environment. She whole-heartedly believes life is an adventure inside & out, living life in the moment leads to compassion and peace within ones self and within the community.
