About this trip

Let Your Soul Flow is a unique adventure geared toward those who are caregivers in private/public service who need to revisit what it means to simply "Be". Find your flow into whole body, mind, and spirit wellness. Learn about mindfulness, yoga, and wellness to take home skills that you can apply to your personal life. This is an adventure into self, culture, and community.

You will begin each day with yoga and mindfulness meditation, guided by Debbee Straub 500-hour Certified & Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher and mindfulness instructor. You will learn as you go and/or enhance what you already know. Each day is filled with activities and lessons of mindfulness, self-reflection, exploration, local history, and adventure yet not too intense to allow full immersion into the art of being.
