I have been teaching yoga for 15-years, and am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher, working on Yoga Therapy Certification. I practice and teach mindfulness to K-12 students, including workshops for teachers/staff, and mindful dinners in the community. I see yoga based in mindfulness, compassion, and nature as a step inward toward a holistic being with an empathetic understanding of humanity and the environment. I whole-heartedly believe life is an adventure inside & out and living life in the moment leads to compassion and peace within the self and community.
