We will base ourselves in Zadar and adventure off on daily excursions to surrounding villages. Zadar also happens to be known for some of the best sunsets in the world...bonus!

Pag- Cheese Tour + Wine Tasting
Pag resembles somewhere on the moon! So unique, this little island produces some the best cheeses, wine and olive oil. It is a sight to see and we will take in some great local wines and sample some of the best cheeses from the area.

Hvar- Cooking Local Dishes
Hvar is a gorgeous island full of lavender fields, excellent food and lots of great vineyards. Hvar has some of the best restaurants in Croatia and is known as one of the healthiest islands around, mainly due to the pure Mediterranean diet with ingredients that are found right from this small paradise. We will learn to cook some incredible dishes that are local to Hvar, along with tasting delicious wines from the island.

We will tour Split, have some free time to roam Old Town and then we will stop for a late lunch at one of the top local restaurants to enjoy some dishes known to Split, along with local wines.

Lunch + Olive Oil, Prosciutto and Wine Tasting.
Sibinek is a UNESCO city, over a thousand years old and the oldest native city on the Adriatic. It’s also known for its prosciutto, olive oil and red wine. We will taste them all in this quaint little town, lined with the cutest little shops.

Great trip! Char took care of every detail ensuring a smooth and stress-free vacation. The food was delicious, and the excursions were authentic with small, local family owned destinations. We truly got a feel for the region. The other people in the group were wonderful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was an incredibly positive and memorable adventure. Charlotte is fantastic! She put together such a wonderful itinerary where our small group spent time in local people's homes, professional kitchens and literally as well as figuratively got a taste of Sicilian Italian life. You will never find these opportunities on Trip Advisor which makes them all the more special.

I recently took a one-week trip to Sicily and it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had.
