Croatia— a small country of just under 4 million, but packs a serious culinary punch— rich in history, culture and some of the best food finds around. The mussel from the novigrad sea are so flavorful and rich in antioxidants, they're some of the best things you’ll eat. The famous black risotto— learn how it’s made and why it’s known in this area. Not to forget to mention, all the great cheese + wine you’ll find scattered throughout the country— we will hit all of the best local spots while taking in the stunning beauty of this incredible country!

Zadar will be our home-base for the week, known for its Roman and Venetian Ruins, that run throughout Old Town, Zadar is full of history and lined with the coolest little restaurants and shops. We will base ourselves in Zadar and adventure off on daily excursions to surrounding villages. Zadar also happens to be known for some of the best sunsets in the world...bonus!
