My passion for cooking began at a young age. Always curious to create, I left the corporate world to the food scene where I combined my business background & love for culinary arts, to form my business, LetzCook, in 2004. Merging my love for travel, I took the show on the road where I continue to scour the world for culinary treasures adding local flare to create truly unique off-the-beaten-path food tours that will have you wanting more! I've gained a loyal following and feel fortunate to do what I love.

Charlotte and Stephen were knowledgeable, professional and fun. The accommodations were outstanding. Staying at one location with day trips to the activities allowed for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Each day's activities were well curated, interesting and fun. There was no pressure to rush somewhere each morning, rather the day started at a reasonable hour and there was always time for lunch and an aperitivo later in the day.
The meals (and there were many of them) were excellent, displaying all the best in local cuisine.
The activities were all designed to allow us to interact with local farmers, wine makers, and artisans as well as with restaurant owners during the meals. Charlotte has clearly developed a relationship with all the locals we interacted with allowing for a seamless experience.
We would highly recommend LetzCook without any hesitation.

We just returned from another fantastic trip with Charlotte and Stephen. Having previously travelled with LetzCook to Florence, we had high expectations for our Puglia trip and the trip exceeded our expectations. Charlotte puts together a perfect itinerary with just the right mix of activity and free time. The small business/family experiences were unique and wonderful. The food was amazing. The accommodations were great - what a spectacular view! We can't say enough about this wonderful trip and this wonderful pair! We are looking forward to our next adventure with this dynamic duo!

Fantastic trip! Charlotte and Stephen are the best at showing their clients a wonderful tour. Accommodations, daily activities and delicious food at top restaurants.
Their research to find amazing places to visit is incredible! We have been on several tours and never disappointed. We are signed up for upcoming tours in 2026 and 2027.

We would follow Charlotte & Stephen anywhere! This was our 1st trip to Croatia and were sad see the trip end. We loved the “off-the-beaten path” experiences and great company. We look forward to traveling to “The Lakes” with Letz Cook in 2026! Thank you for everything!

Our group of 10 just completed our fantastic cooking tour in Puglia with Char and Steven. We had a blast. They thought of everything we needed and we simply had to relax and immerse ourselves in this incredible experience . Everything provided was top tier and I would book another trip with our new friends Char and Steven any time.

I recently took a one-week trip to Sicily and it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Charlotte’s planning was impeccable—from the timing and quality of activities to the accommodations, everything was thoughtfully curated. The group she brought together was one of the most dynamic and cohesive I’ve ever experienced, making the trip even more enjoyable. In fact, while I was still on the trip, I booked another one with her for 2025! I hope to do many more trips with Charlotte in the future. If you’re looking for a truly unique way to immerse yourself in food and culture alongside locals, look no further.
