Breakfast & Depart for Jameson Tour. Learn what makes Jameson the top-selling whisky of the world. You don't have to be a whisky lover to enjoy this tour as it's fascinating history, beauty and interesting distilling process lures in the non-drinkers! We will have a local Lunch at a top lunch spot in Midleton and depart to Ballymaloe House.

Cooking Class at Ballymaloe
Breakfast and departure to Ballymaloe Cookery School. Cooking demo, followed by hands-on-cooking class. Lunch will be items we prepared in class. Guided tour of organic farm, greenhouses and dairy. Departure back to Ballymaloe House followed by a fun local pub visit for the best fish+chips and some great local music.

We learned about the Sicily trip from two close friends who are frequent and discerning travelers. This was, from start to finish, a superlative travel experience. Every excursion was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. All the activities, so graciously hosted by Charlotte, Stephen and Davide, were beyond our expectations and created culinary and sightseeing experiences we never would have enjoyed if we planned this trip on our own. What better endorsement then to say we have booked the Ireland trip for September of 2025, and we look forward to spending our time with Charlotte and Stephen on our next visit to Northern Italy. Letzcook Sicily was an exemplary travel experience! Everything about the trip was exceptionally well-planned and perfectly executed. Owner Charlotte and her husband Stephen set the tone with incomparable service and dedication to their guests' needs. The chefs, guides, and wine and travel experts were chosen with care and excelled in their duties. Accommodations were 1st class, and the meals and wines were way beyond expectations. Fantastic experience. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Every day was a new adventure. Making cheese and pasta at small local farms was particularly special. The food was amazing and the education about the history of the food of the area made it all the more enjoyable. I can't wait to do another trip.

This is our 4th trip with Charlotte (yes we are addicted) and 1st trip with Stephen. We and our friends had a fabulous time at daily curate experiences to delight us all. Charlotte knows how to find the unique experiences that connect you with the local people and the pride they have for their culture, traditions and products. Every day is an opportunity for discovery and soaking up of the culture. Wine and olive oil tastings, cooking classes, historical tours, cheese making were just some of the fun activities we enjoyed.

Absolutely fantastic!! I would do this tour again. Charlotte is amazing! Every day was a new adventure, the beautiful places we visited, learning about the cities we visited by a local guide, and the food and wine. Each day was so enjoyable, a wonderful group of people. The perfect way to visit Sicily, wonderful accommodations, your day is planned for you (with the perfect amount of free time). The cooking classes, the absolutely delicious local cuisine, the wine, and the people who hosted us on these adventures, everything was Five Star! I have been on several of Charlotte’s tours and am going to Ireland (golf) and Croatia in 2025. Charlotte knows how to do a tour and Stephen was the perfect addition to this one! Eloise

Our group of 10 just completed our fantastic cooking tour in Puglia with Char and Steven. We had a blast. They thought of everything we needed and we simply had to relax and immerse ourselves in this incredible experience . I recently took a one-week trip to Sicily and it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Charlotte’s planning was impeccable—from the timing and quality of activities to the accommodations, everything was thoughtfully curated. The group she brought together was one of the most dynamic and cohesive I’ve ever experienced, making the trip even more enjoyable. In fact, while I was still on the trip, I booked another one with her for 2025! I hope to do many more trips with Charlotte in the future.
