Yes! Burrata! Not to forget to mention, Orecchiette Pasta-meaning "small ears" and resembles just that, "Taralli" which is Italy's answer to a pretzel, and maybe the lesser known to Americans, "friselle", which is dried crunchy bread topped with olive oil. Speaking of olive oil, Puglia is quite famous for having some of the best! This tour will take you not only through incredible sites, but show you the best food finds in this beautiful region.
