Puglia has been gaining popularity over the years, but has always been known for some of the best beaches, the views along the coastal cliffs, the architecture, and Puglia has been a long time producer of some of the most incredible foods we have come to know and love, including the most prized gem, Burrata Cheese. Yes! Burrata! Not to forget to mention, Orecchiette Pasta-meaning "small ears" and resembles just that, "Taralli" which is Italy's answer to a pretzel, and maybe the lesser known to Americans, "friselle", which is dried crunchy bread topped with olive oil. Speaking of olive oil, Puglia is quite famous for having some of the best! This tour will take you not only through incredible sites, but show you the best food finds in this beautiful region.

This is our second trip with Letz Cook. Charlotte Capan is the quintessential host – warm, knowledgeable, engaging, and fun. She takes great care to a create unforgettable experiences. Our hotel, with its five-star staff and gorgeous sea views, made the perfect launchpad for our daily adventures. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed learning the history of the region while tasing the best wine, olive oil, cheese, and food specialties of Puglia. Suffice it to say, if you are looking for a personalized trip experience with a small group of enthusiastic travelers, look no further. Letz Cook will be a trip of a lifetime!

This was my 6th adventure with LetzCook. The Puglia trip was amazing. Charlotte does a fantastic job of finding the perfect places to stay. Our Hotel and staff could not have been better. Each day was perfectly planned by Charlotte. Wine tasting, pasta making, olive oil tasting and cheese making. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Lecce and Monopoli. LetzCook tours are the best! I am booked for the Sicily trip next October.

Incredible Puglia Trip! Amazing hotel resorts and seaside locations. Every facet of the trip was preplanned and personal requests were quickly accommodated. Impressively the preplanned events always allowed personal time for exploring and relaxing. Adventures are planned and coordinated by Charlotte Capan.. Charlotte’s professional guidance is only exceeded by her warm and friendly demeanor. We have traveled with Charlotte on several previous Letzcook adventures and look forward to future endeavors. Our group joined Charlotte for the inaugural Puglia trip and we had a fabulous time in a beautiful small hotel on the water with a fabulous hostess who planned our amazing itinerary…..you haven’t lived until you visit the cheese making farm and see the whole process😬😬. The wines, the food, the location, the hotel staff, and of course Charlotte, made this a memorable adventure. Don’t miss this one!!

Fantastic experience in the Tuscany region of Italy! Fine wine, delicious food, fabulous scenery, great company, and beautiful accommodations! To properly describe the awesome experiences we had with Charlotte would be hard to do in this space, but it was definitely an incredible way to see Florence!!!
