About this trip

Puglia has been gaining popularity over the years, but has always been known for some of the best beaches, the views along the coastal cliffs, the architecture, and Puglia has been a long time producer of some of the most incredible foods we have come to know and love, including the most prized gem, Burrata Cheese. Yes! Burrata! Not to forget to mention, Orecchiette Pasta-meaning "small ears" and resembles just that, "Taralli" which is Italy's answer to a pretzel, and maybe the lesser known to Americans, "friselle", which is dried crunchy bread topped with olive oil. Speaking of olive oil, Puglia is quite famous for having some of the best! This tour will take you not only through incredible sites, but show you the best food finds in this beautiful region.
