The Palermo street food culture is one of the best in Europe. So much so, that Forbes magazine has ranked it among the top 10 in the world. We will experience just that in Palermo for the day- not only a great way to see the top local sites, but also enjoy the best local bites! 

We will head out from Palermo toward our next base of Taormina -stopping in the gorgeous little town of Cefalu for lunch and to take in some locals sites. Once we arrive at our hotel in Taormina, we will have a local dinner at a top hotspot!

Believe it or not, the Etna area produces some great wines, local cheese and of course the famous Bronte Pistachios! Why? You'll find out on our day trip to Etna to explore all the local treaures!

We will head off to a day trip to Caltanissetta to a local family farm where they will highlight their local breads, pasta and cheese and have an incredible local meal. I can speak from experience when I say there is nothing like fresh warm bread from the oven with local cheeses, & wine!

We set out to explore the picturesque island region of Siracusa & Ortigia for an incredible seaside lunch and exploring the food market scene while relaxing among the most serene landscape. We will head back. to our chic base of Taormina for a beautiful local dinner - you may never leave!
