About this trip

Join me in Tuscany for one of the best culinary excursions, ever! You will spend 6 nights~7 days in beautiful Florence! We will take day trips throughout the week immersed into gorgeous scenery while savoring the best of the Tuscan region. We will venture off to hunt truffles as we scour the countryside with one of the best truffle purveyors in Italy, we will cook in beautiful Impruneta, tour the backroads of Chianti tasting some of the best wines from the region & taste some of the best olive oils, you will learn tips and tricks for making incredible gelato and the famous Italian pizza, we will stop into the local food markets, and travel "off-the-beaten-path" into a true Tuscan experience!

Introductions and Itinerary for the week while drinking local wines, along with small bites. We will end by 9pm so that you can settle in for the week!

Always curious to create, I left the corporate world to the food scene where I combined my business background & love for culinary arts, to form my business, LetzCook, in 2004. Merging my love for travel, I took the show on the road where I continue to scour the world for culinary treasures adding local flare to create truly unique off-the-beaten-path food tours that will have you wanting more!
