This was undoubtedly a highlight for me this year. The space was cultivated with love and intention and good food and amazing people, beautiful live music and packed with learning. Being in a creative space in that beach location was also felt. The instructors were incredible and humans and extremely knowledgeable. Things seemed to flow seamlessly and that requires skilled organization and an energy of zen:). As this was a level 1 training, there is much to learn and this was the tip of the iceberg. Getting the opportunity to give zenthai to one of the instructors was probably the most effective learning tool as they know how and where the movement should be and to get that feedback in the midst of practice was really helpful. I look forward to level 2!! Thank you for such an energizing experience and for the beautiful circle.

We had a great experience with different practice with amazing teachers. A wonderful company, communication, delicious food and a lot of positive things. Just one note for the future. It was very cold in the room during our training.

I had such a life changing experience on this trip. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared. The food, the accommodation, and the care were all so incredible. I learned so much on this trip that I will carry with me forever.
