Level I and II Principle-Based Partner Yoga™ Teacher Training is hosted by Yoga Soup, one of Santa Barbara's premier Yoga studios located in a convenient downtown location, and facilitated by Elysabeth Williamson, founder of Principle-Based Partner Yoga™.

Santa Barbara, CA is a world class destination any time of the year - and particularly lovely in late Fall. The area is rich in natural world beauty, culture and spiritual resonance. 

What’s included

Level I includes 25hrs of training, in-depth Curriculum, Training Manual and follow-up support to facilitate your first public or private Partner Yoga offering. Level I empowers participants to share Partner Yoga practice in their own communities.

Level II includes 50hrs of Training, additional Curriculum and applications, and an expanded Training Manual. It is an opportunity to explore deeper aspects of Partner Yoga and develop greater skill and experience. Includes designing original Partner Yoga postures, flows and integrating the deeper therapeutic aspects of the practice.

Pre-requisite of the Training: Minimum one year Yoga practice. Required reading: 'The Pleasures and Principles of Partner Yoga' available for purchase as a PDF download or hardbound for US residents through www.PartnerYoga.net.

Elysabeth Williamson, Yoga teacher and innovator for over thirty years, is internationally recognized as the foremost authority of Partner Yoga. Elysabeth has a particular gift for articulating and transmitting esoteric teachings in ways that are accessible and practical for everyone. Her personal journey and primary passion is to actualize our innate potential for embodied presence and heart-centered relating. As founder of ‘Principle-Based Partner Yoga™, Elysabeth is deeply committed to sharing the transformative power of Partner Yoga through presenting international classes, workshops and training teachers in this healing art. She is known for providing life-changing experiences through the use of touch in safe and sacred environments. Elysabeth has had a lifelong connection with Yoga and experienced spontaneous, intuitive movement into yoga postures throughout her childhood. She began formal studies at the age of seventeen, including many diverse Yogic traditions such as Kripalu, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, Kundalini, Kriya, and Power Vinyasa Yoga. Certified as a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, Elysabeth incorporates a wide variety of healing modalities into her teaching including Thai Yoga massage, Cranial Sacral, Shiatsu and various meditation techniques. Elysabeth is accredited through Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500, experienced, registered, Yoga teacher. She resides in Santa Barbara, CA and is the mother of two children.
