You’ll have ample free time to explore the beaches, surf, nature, and laid-back rhythm that make Nosara beloved, along with evenings that range from music-filled and playful to serene and rejuvenative.

Gina is a 25-year veteran teacher of Yoga, meditation and mindfulness with a deep passion for self-awareness and personal empowerment. She is an impactful and life-changing National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and behavior change specialist with an emphasis on honesty, humor and having fun as we navigate life's challenges together. She's also a certified Strong First Kettlebell Coach, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
She is the founder of WHOL: Whole Health • One Life Coaching. She prioritizes you feeling seen, accepted and safe just as you are. You grow from there using evidence-backed strategies and growth mindset development techniques.
She also brings her paradigm-shifting Empowered Aging programming to the table so you can leverage the experiences and expertise of your life into becoming a bold and vibrant elder.
