Welcome to Italy! Today the group arrives in Rome, where you will check into your private room in a centrally located hotel. As everyone arrives, you will have time to unpack, settle in, and unwind before meeting the group in the lobby for the first adventure of our Italian journey.

Once we have had a brief introduction and gotten to know one another, we will be picked up by our private double decker bus. See Rome and connect with your fellow travelers as we drive through the city's historic streets illuminated against the night sky. Nonalcoholic beverages and snacks will be provided as you take in the beauty and energy of this incredible city together.

After our bus tour, we will head to a local restaurant for our first meal as a group. Here you can continue getting to know your fellow travelers while enjoying a classic Italian dinner. Afterward, you can return to the hotel to rest up for the exciting days ahead, or head out and explore Rome on your own.

Every morning will start with breakfast provided by the hotel. Once you have finished, we will meet in the lobby and set off on our first private tour of our Italian adventure.

They say Rome wasn't built in a day, but can you see it in a day? We are going to try.

Our Rome in a Day tour visits some of the most popular sites the city has to offer. We will begin at the Vatican, where you will marvel at the Sistine Chapel. From there, we will head into the city center, walking past some of Rome's most famous landmarks, including the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. Along the way, we will have time to grab a gelato and toss a coin into the fountain before continuing to the Roman Forum, where our guide will bring these ancient ruins and artifacts to life with stories from Rome's fascinating past.

Our tour will conclude at the Colosseum, but not before heading inside to explore this incredible structure that has stood for nearly two thousand years and remains one of the most recognizable landmarks in the world.

When the tour is over, you will have the option to continue exploring Rome on your own, head back to the hotel, or join us at Coming Out, Rome's oldest LGBTQ establishment, for a refreshing nonalcoholic drink, an array of Italian dishes to share, and a spectacular view of the Colosseum.

Today is yours to enjoy however you choose. Sleep in and savor a leisurely morning, wander through Rome's charming neighborhoods, discover a hidden café, visit a museum, or revisit a favorite spot from yesterday. You might set off on your own adventure or team up with new friends you've met along the way. Whether you spend the day exploring famous landmarks, shopping in local markets, or simply soaking in the atmosphere of one of the world's most incredible cities, the day is entirely yours to create your own unforgettable Roman experience.

After we have breakfast we will be picked up in a cab where we will be whisked away to the train station. So no worries about lugging that luggage around.

When we arrive at the train station we will head to our first class Italo Trene car. Here you will enjoy complimentary snacks, drinks, and wifi all in the comfort of your reserved first class seat.

Once we arrive in Florence we will be picked up by a private car and taken to the hotel to check in. You will have a few hours to unwind or explore before we meet for our group dinner in Florence.

After dinner we will take an optional walk up to Michelangelo's Plaza where we will get the best view of the city all lightened up against the starry tuscan sky. This view is not to be missed and a perfect way to end your first night in Florence.

After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we will meet in the hotel lobby and set out on our private walking tour of Florence. As we stroll through the beautiful streets of this historic city, we will learn about Florence's rich history and the important role it played during the Renaissance. Along the way, we will admire the breathtaking Duomo, one of the city's most iconic landmarks, and explore the charming piazzas, narrow streets, and hidden corners that make Florence so unforgettable. We will also have the opportunity to see one of the world's most celebrated masterpieces, Michelangelo's David, a work of art that continues to inspire visitors from around the globe.

The evening is yours to enjoy however you choose. You may want to wander through Florence's lively streets, relax at a local café, do a little shopping, or simply soak in the atmosphere of this incredible city. If you would rather not venture out on your own, you are welcome to join fellow travelers for an optional group activity. Whether you spend the evening exploring with new friends or enjoying some quiet time for yourself, Florence offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable night.

Today you have the choice of exploring Florence on your own, or you can add on an optional day trip through Tuscany.

If you choose to stay in Florence, you will have time to visit any of the places we may have missed along the way. Your tour manager will also be happy to suggest restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems throughout the city if you would like some recommendations.

The other option is to join us for a day trip through Tuscany, where we will visit the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa, the medieval town of San Gimignano, and the beautiful city of Siena. Along the way, we will enjoy authentic Tuscan cuisine while exploring these classic Tuscan towns and taking in the stunning countryside views.

The evening is also yours to enjoy as you choose. There will be an optional group dinner that is not included in the price of the trip. However, if you do not feel like dining alone, you are more than welcome to join the group for a fun and relaxing evening together.

Today we say goodbye to Florence and hello to Venice. After breakfast at the hotel, we will once again meet in the lobby and make our way to the train station. As before, we will be traveling in comfort with first class tickets for our journey to Venice.

Once we arrive, we will head to our hotel to check in. From there, you can relax, unpack, or head out and begin exploring this incredible city. The rest of the day and evening are yours to enjoy as you wish.

Venice is truly magical after dark, as the lights shimmer across the canals and reflect off the water. Wander through the charming streets, enjoy a delicious Italian dinner, find a quiet spot along the Grand Canal, or simply soak in the atmosphere of one of the most unique cities in the world. Tonight is your opportunity to experience the beauty and romance of Venice at your own pace.

On our last full day together, we will enjoy breakfast at our hotel before meeting in the lobby for our final tour as a group.

Today, we will experience some of the very best that Venice has to offer. From the stunning St. Mark's Basilica to the historic Doge's Palace, this guided tour will give you a wonderful introduction to the rich history, culture, and beauty of this remarkable city. Of course, no visit to Venice would be complete without a gondola ride through the famous canals, offering a unique perspective of the city from the water.

The afternoon is yours to enjoy at your own pace. You can relax at a café, browse the local shops, explore hidden corners of the city, or simply wander through Venice's winding streets and picturesque bridges. Just do not get too lost, as we will be gathering one last time for our farewell dinner along the Grand Canal. Together, we can reflect on the adventures we have shared, celebrate new friendships, and enjoy one final evening as a group.

After dinner, you are welcome to join us for a leisurely stroll through the streets of Venice, perhaps stopping for one last gelato along the way. Or, if you prefer, you can return to the hotel to relax and prepare for your journey home. Whatever you choose, the memories, experiences, and connections made on this trip will stay with you long after you leave Italy.

Today is our final day in Italy. Your tour manager will be available to assist with any transportation arrangements you may need to get to the airport or help point you in the right direction if your travels continue beyond Venice.
