Welcome to Dubrovnik – the pearl of the Adriatic! Dubrovnik lies in
the extreme south of Croatia, basking in glorious Mediterranean
sunshine for much of the year.
If you’re a Game of Thrones fan, then you denitely should consider
taking a guided tour to get a full experience or at least visit the sites
where lming took the place. We’d denitely recommend to visit St.
Lawrence Fortress, dubbed as “Dubrovnik’s Gibraltar” for its location on a
rocky promontory just outside the city’s western wall.
Another fun thing to do is to head to the hills–via cable car.
If you like to try traditional dishes, denitely give a try to a popular
Dalmatian dish made by slowly cooking a fresh, whole octopus in its
juices under a big, traditional, bell-like lid.
Embarkation starts at 3pm.
You will be welcomed with snacks and welcome drink.
Sail to Mljet island, enjoy welcome dinner on board and overnight on
the Aretha docked on Mljet.
Tucked away in the sparkling Adriatic Sea, Korčula is Croatia’s sixth-
largest island—a narrow stretch of land about 20 miles long and only 4
to 5 miles wide. Though modest in size, it’s rich in beauty, history, and
character. The island is famously blanketed in dense pine forests.
Korčula Town, the island’s historic heart, is often referred to as “Little
Dubrovnik” thanks to its medieval stone walls, winding alleyways, elegant
churches, and centuries-old palaces.
Whether you’re into history, hiking, swimming, or simply soaking up the
Adriatic sun, Korčula blends it all with a sense of calm and timeless
charm.
Overnight on the Aretha docked in Korčula.
In the morning you leave Korčula behind and sail to Komiža, on Vis
Island.
The island of Vis is a pearl among the Croatian Adriatic islands, left
untouched by the development of tourism for so many years. Due to its
strategic location on the open sea, it served as a military zone for many
years.
Since the independence of Croatia, the island began opening slowly to
the outside world, offering it’s unique traditions, history, cultural heritage
and natural beauty to visitors. It’s slowly becoming one of the most
popular tourist destinations in Croatia.
Enjoy Vis island at leisure.
Overnight on cruiser yacht docked on Vis island!
VIS ISLAND – BLUE CAVE – PAKLINSKI ISLANDS
In the morning you sail to the Blue Cave on Biševo Island, a stunning
natural wonder known for its mesmerizing blue waters.
Accessible by
boat from the nearby island of Vis, the cave offers a unique visual
experience as sunlight enters through an underwater opening,
illuminating the cave with a brilliant blue glow.
Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to smaller boats that can navigate the
narrow entrance to the cave. Inside, the atmosphere is almost surreal,
with the ethereal blue light creating a magical ambiance. The cave’s
interior is relatively small, allowing for an intimate encounter with this
natural phenomenon. Guide will provide insights into the cave’s history
and geological formation, enhancing the educational aspect of the visit.
After the Blue Cave experience you sail to Paklinski islands.
Enjoy your evening with the Captain’s dinner on board and
overnight on Aretha anchored on Paklinski islands.
Welcome to Hvar island!
Experience Hvar – one of the jewels of Croatia. Proclaimed the “Saint
Tropez of Croatia“, Hvar with its surrounding areas offers the authentic
Mediterranean experience – day and night.
One of the jewels of Croatian tourism, Hvar Town is the capital and
largest settlement of the island of the same name.
Soak up the sun in one of Croatia’s sunniest islands and take a swim at its
numerous crystal clear beaches due to which Hvar is considered to be
one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
According to one of the most famous American tourist magazines “Travel
+ Leisure”, Hvar was named one of the top 10 most favorable island
destinations in the world and was proclaimed as the most glamorous
Adriatic sea island.
Even the British The Guardian has selected Hvar as
one of the top Croatian islands for your Dream Holiday.
Hvar is also one of the main destinations for celebrities like Beyonce
Knowles, Jay Z, Solange Knowles, Prince Harry, Bernie Ecclestone, Bill
Gates, and many others.
Enjoy your day at leisure on Hvar island, and overnight docked in
Hvar town.
In the morning you sail to Bol, Brač island with swim stop on the
way.
Enjoy your day at leisure.
Although it is the largest island in Dalmatia, and the third largest island
in the Adriatic Sea, Brac is small enough to be able to explore in its
entirety in a day or two. Brač island is bursting with historic sites dating
back to Ancient Greece and the Middle Ages. Brač is famous for its
Golden Horn Beach in Bol, perhaps the best known and most beautiful
beach in Croatia. It is great for watersports like surng, diving, and
windsurng at the spectacular beach of Golden Horn with the mild-
breeze climate that’s perfect for such activities.
The town of Bol is an idyllic spot to relax and admire its beautiful harbour
or visit Vidova Gora to get exquisite views over the other Adriatic islands.
If you have a pleasure of nding yourself on this splendid island, be sure
to visit some of the popular main attractions: Pucisca, and the
Stonemasonry School, the village of Skrip, and the Brac Native and Olive
Oil museum.
Overnight on your cruiser yacht docked in Bol, Brač island.
Leave Brač behind and sail to Split.
The largest town in Dalmatia and the second-largest in all Croatia, Split is
a quintessential Mediterranean city, with a small-town vibe, noisy streets,
and easy-going locals. But Split has 23 centuries of history so there’s a lot
to see and do.
When in Split make sure you get a good taste of authentic Dalmatian
food:
pašticada, a baby beef stew, with gnocchi; stuffed bell peppers with
mashed potatoes;
brudet, sh stew;
fritule, a crispy sweet pastry.
Spend your free time roaming around and make sure you relax on Riva,
Split’s famed seafront promenade, play “Picigin” (beach ball game
invented in Split) at the Bačvice beach and if you feel adventurous take a
walk to Marjan Hill, the view will make it worth your time.
Enjoy Split at leisure, and overnight on the Aretha docked in Split.
Disembark by 9am.
Hvala for visiting Croatia ♥
