Welcome to 200-Hour Lila Flow Yoga Teacher Training Intensive. This intensive training takes place at the lush and beautiful Rayos del Sol Retreat Center on the Nicoya Peninsua in Costa Rica, allowing participants the chance to fully immerse themselves in the study of yoga and retreat from their daily lives.
