We leave Lima and head south along Peru’s stunning coastline to Paracas. By mid-morning, we’ll board a boat to the Ballestas Islands—a haven for sea lions, penguins, and over 100 bird species. Don’t forget your camera! On the way, spot the mysterious El Candelabro geoglyph, etched into the desert hillside for centuries.
In the afternoon, we’ll explore the breathtaking Paracas National Reserve, where desert landscapes meet the sea in dramatic fashion. This fragile ecosystem is alive with marine life that sustains both wildlife and local communities.
