First…The intention of the retreat is to take you out of your everyday life whether that’s mundane or hustle and bustle and get you to connect with yourself. To honor yourself. To ultimately see who you really are, and what you really want out of life. Not what’s expected of you but what your heart desires. We will figure out the big Whats & Whys together. 

Liv Well’s goal is for you to be empowered and more aligned with the core of who you are and what you desire.
