Chulla Chaka: Bridge of Dew – Andean Sweat Lodge: This ancient ceremony works with the 4 elements (fire, wind, earth, water). Stones (Apuchays) are heated with the sacred fire and then inserted into the dome (Chullpa), to which prepared water (water containing sacred plants with healing power) is poured. Ikaros or mantras, chants, breathing and relaxation exercise are performed inside the chulla.
