About this trip

Get ready to live and thrive through any circumstance in life after this retreat.  This is your opportunity for growth that you have been craving. Blue Turtle Sustainable is honored to host Kate  (Wrightson) Laviolette, Founder of Live Beyond Limit.

We agree that we each have an active choice to live and thrive respectfully within our environment moment to moment.  That is why this retreat is not only dedicated to your inner light, but also to the ancient, soft light that resonates from the peaceful, gentle sea turtles.  This experience will bring forth the tools to help you engage your bluemind, supported by our only one healing ocean. Come move with us like a gentle wave coming to rest ashore and return back to the vast ocean with confidence and renewed.

Sea Turtle Philanthropy

Following our healing yogic experience at La Duna Ecology Center, this retreat includes a unique opportunity to volunteer with endangered sea turtles.  From La Duna, we transfer to a pristine island archipelago.  Here we visit another fishing community of leaders in ocean conservation.  We will partake in exciting and exclusive research monitoring of hawksbill sea turtles.  Our group will be comfortable camping on the beach, which doubles as our outdoor field research station.  Scroll down to learn more in the itinerary section.

Itinerary

Welcome to our Tribe
Welcome Goddess ceremony

Arrive in style in our private sanitized, air-conditioned van chauffered by our friends at Planet Libre Expeditions.  Our friendly staff at La Duna Ecology Center will be welcome you barefoot and smiling.  Take a tour of this spiritual sustainable living center and find your way to your eco-cabin where a gift awaits you on the pillow.  If you are camping, our naturalist retreat host will lead you to wide open, soft sandy areas where to pitch your tent.  We join together in calmness and mindfulness for a goddess ceremony where we learn how to breathe with intention like the sea turtles we are here to help.  After our first of many divine 3-course gourmet dinners, Kate will then lead us into her energy breathwork workshop.  Sleep peacefully with only the sounds of nature to lull you into dreamland.
