For the first 5 days, we will explore Ubud, Bali's spiritual and healing centre.
The itinerary is to start each day with a Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga class and meditation to get our body moving and flowing, followed by breakfast and a workshop around a specific theme for the day.
Then, in the afternoons, we go exploring and enjoy the local culture, where you will experience a water blessing ceremony, wander through the rice fields, and enjoy the health cafes and markets along the way.
This Retreat is very much focused on sustainable tourism so that you will be taken to the off-the-beaten-track locations, not Bali's main tourist hub!
The daily schedule outline looks something like this…
- 6-8am - Morning quiet / meditation / sleep in time
- 8am - Yoga class at The Yoga Barn in our private Yoga Shala
- 9:30am - Breakfast
- 11am - 1pm - Workshops & healing sessions
- 1pm - Lunch
- 2-5pm - Afternoon excursion / healing session / relaxation time
- 6pm - Dinner
- 9pm - Head to bed / reading / relaxation time
