This was my first and definitely not last yoga retreat with Ingrid and I had wonderful time! Thank you so so much! The resort is situated by Aegean Sea, the grounds are enormous and include several pools, private villas, walking trails, bike paths, huge full service spa and gym, yoga rooms, squash basketball tennis court and several restaurants. The rooms, the service, the hospitality and the food is above and beyond. The cleanliness is exceptional in the rooms and anywhere on the resort grounds. A group of people I was with was delightful and we had such a good time. The organizer, Ingrid, made sure everyday was packed with activities. We explored the spa, the ruins, beach and of course the yoga experience was the icing on a cake! I enjoyed every single session Ingrid introduced me to: vinyasa, restorative yoga sound bath and so much more. She is so sweet and is a wonderful human being and I’m totally down to go to any other retreats she organizes.

This was the most amazing trip I have ever been on. I so appreciated the thought that went into everything and not having to plan it my self. Thank you so much Ingrid for getting me back into yoga and making me take care of myself with this retreat.
