Join us for a healing and rejuvenating retreat where we will slow down, take time for ourselves and experientially practice techniques to guide you to evolve in mind, body and spirit. We will offer daily yoga, meditation and spiritual coaching workshops to support you to live more in alignment in mind, body and spirit. Our retreat location is at Menla, a hidden oasis set in a secluded valley in the heart of the Catskill mountains surrounded by thousands of acres of unspoiled wilderness. Workshops: Laina will be leading her EVOLVE Coaching Program designed to support you in living a more inspired, purpose driven life. We will explore what Soul Consciousness means and how you can begin living from this place, rather than getting lost within the constructs of the limited mind. The theme for this retreat is called “Living in Alignment” which will support you in getting more clear about what you are seeking, identify what is holding you back, use experiential tools to overcome them, and identify a path forward to live in a more inspired, purposeful and joyful way. Laina holds a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology and Consciousness, Health & Healing and has been coaching clients, retreats and workshops for over 12 years. You will be supported and guided in a safe, nurturing space.
Yoga & Meditation: Each morning we will lead a vinyasa flow class followed by a 15 minute guided meditation. Each day follows a specific theme. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi, you’ll feel supported and challenged with different levels of modifications in each class.
In between classes, you’ll have plenty of time for relaxing, activities, spa treatments, and enjoying the beauty of Menla’s expansive retreat property.

Potola Cabin - Newly acquired in 2020, Potala House is a stunning and spacious three-story house with a large living room with vaulted ceilings and huge windows facing Panther Mountain. Potala also features an open kitchen adjacent to the living room and a separate dining room which can also be outfitted as a fifth bedroom if needed. A large sun deck awaits you just outside the living room.
Named after the Dalai Lama’s palace in Lhasa, Potala is located at the top of the hill above the Conference Center and offers total privacy.
This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which means 2 guests will have their own bathroom, and 2 will shared a bathroom.
Triumphu - Named after the capital of Bhutan, Thimphu is a two-story chalet-style building located behind Lhasa Inn at the foot of the northern mountain ridge. Each room faces the southern ridge with excellent views of the mountain. The entry to this building has an outdoor staircase and is not appropriate for people who have difficulty climbing stairs.
Triumphu - Named after the capital of Bhutan, Thimphu is a two-story chalet-style building located behind Lhasa Inn at the foot of the northern mountain ridge. Each room faces the southern ridge with excellent views of the mountain. The entry to this building has an outdoor staircase and is not appropriate for people who have difficulty climbing stairs.
Snowlion - Snowlion is a two-story cabin with an elegant 360-square-foot living and dining room with large windows and a cathedral ceiling. Relax on the upstairs sundeck and enjoy one of the best night sky views at Menla.
Snowlion is the furthest from the main conference center and yoga room. It's a 10 minute leisurely walk or a short drive. Plenty of parking is available.
