· Inconsistent digestion & bloating leaves you feeling out of sorts. Learn how to “read” your digestion and shift your diet accordingly.

· Everyone wants to “cleanse” and try a “detox diet” but so often they are depleting and leave you with no energy to function in your daily life. Learn how to cleanse gently, Ayurveda style, supporting your body, giving you energy and restarting your digestion.

What We Cover

Level 1: 

We start with a Body Audit- We take inventory of how and what your yoga practice looks like physically. We determine misalignment patterns and areas of weakness, tension or compensation that need adjusting. We create a balanced practice incorporating functional movement, asana and sequencing. Asana should be pain free, balanced and energy giving, not depleting.

We learn Good Breathing - How are you breathing? Breath is life and good breathing is directly connected to health and energy. Different breath techniques are appropriate for different people and at different times of the year. We dive into pranayama and the energy body to build a foundational and supportive breath practice.

We create a Mind Map- Your mind is one of the most powerful tools you have. Some mental habits keep us stuck and mired in negative or untrue thinking. We can reprogram our mental habits and create focus and clarity through meditation. Using the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali we apply important yogic concepts to daily living. 

We cover the Ayurvedic approach to diet- There are a million fad diets and a ton of conflicting information about what is the best way to eat. Ayurveda has a holistic approach to well being through balanced eating. We cover eating seasonally and eating for your constitution, what is good digestion and how to read your current state of digestive health. Learn how to eat to feel your best.


Level 2: 

Review Key concepts from level 1: dosas, seasonal habits, alignment in asana etc.

Double down on essential habits/practices: Reestablish consistent practices, timing, personal rhythm and appropriate techniques. 

Go deeper with yoga philosophy and application of yoga sutras: Review key concepts from the yoga sutras plus new readings. Apply yoga philosophy and put to practice more techniques into daily living. More integration of advanced yoga philosophy.

Extend practices: Reevaluate current practices (asana, meditation, pranayama etc) and extend where ready. Add new techniques and more challenging if needed. 

Go deeper on diet: Fall Kitchari reset, the 6 tastes and Ayurvedic cooking. Take your diet and cooking to the next level.

The $500 deposit to hold your space is non refundable. 


Cost for the mentorship program is $3200 if paid in full by September 28, 2022

Price goes up to $3600 September 29, 2022.

Full payment is due October 3, 2022. Payment plans are available upon request. If you decide to cancel within 30 days of October 3, 2022, 50% of the program cost will be refunded. After 30 days, there are no refunds.

Group Start Date

Group Program begins the week of October 3, 2022 (day and time TBD) and goes until January 13, 2023.

A private Group Portal where all videos are stored. Live sessions will be recorded and saved if you miss a session or simply want to review content.

Weekly Video Calls

One-hour weekly group video calls with Nikki, in addition to recorded content for each topic.

Additional Support

Homework, suggested practices and additional content added to the portal each week.

Weekly Group Asana Class

One-hour weekly live group asana practice zoom style where we practice themes from the content
