The theme for this retreat is “Living In Joy!” Together we will practice what this means with daily yoga, meditation, workshops, delicious meals and planned excursions exploring the many wonders of Ischia. You will have free time planned each day to rest, explore solo, or partake with other guests on retreat. Enjoy one of the hotel's three pools including a hydrothermal pool, take a dip in the sea, enjoy a spa treatments, take a short walk into town to shop or savor a yummy gelato.
