Due to the ongoing pandemic we require all instructors, chefs and guests to provide a negative COVID test (Antigen or PCR) taken within 72 hours before the start of the retreat. We are asking for proof of negative test results with the full name of each person before being admitted to the event. We are also asking participants, helpers and instructors to limit their contact with other people in the preceding days before the event and follow general covid safety guidelines. Summer 2023 is still a while away and these requirements are subject to change as our journey during these times continues.

What an amazing healing time. Thanks Abby for arranging this amazing retreat. Great space for the practice, good sleeping arrangements and amazing food. I loved the combination of Soundbath healing and all the group interaction. I felt as if 800 lbs gorilla is off my chest. Thanks again.

I had a wonderful time! The Won Dharma retreat center is so peaceful and the grounds are beautiful. The food was amazing, so healthy, delicious and fresh. I enjoyed getting to know new people, the mindfulness activities, movement and sound baths were all great.

A lovely retreat celebrating and grounding ourselves in the early days of summer. Sara, Abby and Alex facilitated beautiful rituals and practices to be more present and connected. The accommodations, grounds and food at Won Dharma were truly special.

This was just the peaceful mid-winter respite I was looking for. Abby included a variety of offerings but also incorporated time for chosen stillness - a balance I appreciated! Plus, all of the practices were accessible and enjoyable. I met some really kind folks on this retreat and have stayed in contact with a few of them. Community building outside of the retreat was an unexpected benefit of this time away, and I think it happened because of the group activities we all engaged in on retreat. As far as lodging goes, I stayed in a private single. It was quiet, comfortable, and had an expansive view of Won Dharma's grounds. The shared rooms looked just as lovely, though, so next time (and there WILL be a next time!) I just might try staying with others. If you find yourself considering one of Abby's offerings, I encourage you to go for it!

What a magical weekend that was with Abby, Sara and Alex. I have been to a few retreats at other locations/environments and this was truly something special. Abby, Sara and Alex created such a warm and safe space for all their guests to truly be still. I hope to connect with the three of you in the future and it is a weekend that will I hold in my heart for a very long time. Thank you!
