This was just the peaceful mid-winter respite I was looking for. Abby included a variety of offerings but also incorporated time for chosen stillness - a balance I appreciated! Plus, all of the practices were accessible and enjoyable. I met some really kind folks on this retreat and have stayed in contact with a few of them. Community building outside of the retreat was an unexpected benefit of this time away, and I think it happened because of the group activities we all engaged in on retreat. As far as lodging goes, I stayed in a private single. It was quiet, comfortable, and had an expansive view of Won Dharma's grounds. The shared rooms looked just as lovely, though, so next time (and there WILL be a next time!) I just might try staying with others. If you find yourself considering one of Abby's offerings, I encourage you to go for it!

What a magical weekend that was with Abby, Sara and Alex. I have been to a few retreats at other locations/environments and this was truly something special. Abby, Sara and Alex created such a warm and safe space for all their guests to truly be still. I hope to connect with the three of you in the future and it is a weekend that will I hold in my heart for a very long time. Thank you!

Abby, Sara and Alex created a deep healing and self discovery retreat in a beautiful, tranquil and restorative setting where time stood still. The weekend program was a perfect balance of togetherness, mindfulness practices, and personal alone time. My husband and I felt deeply connected to the teachings and healing sessions that were shared over the weekend. We late looking forward to the next retreat with Abby, Sara and Alex.

The retreat was a perfect mix of sound healing and body movement. It was not overly scheduled, giving time for walking the beautiful grounds of Won Dharma Center and enjoying nature's surroundings. The food was excellent and the accommodations were beautifully designed and comfortable. I loved everything about the weekend.

This was a wonderful, enriching and deeply personal retreat. I love Abby's teachings and feel so grateful to have made new friends. I felt held in the container of the retreat, and also had enough space/time to explore on my own. My favorite part of the weekend was the sound bath and teachings about winter from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. Thank you for such a beautiful weekend Abby! When's the next retreat!?
